Large spacious modern rooms, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. Well situated only 10 minutes walk to the old town square and 10 minutes to the river front. There are fabulous bars and restaurants just a block behind the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Lovely big room, we went for the comfort apartment which was so spacious and quiet. Our room, on the first floor, faced the street by the side of the hotel and it was so quiet. The room and the hotel is spotlessly clean and the whole hotel smells so nice. The staff are so helpful and the map they gave us was all we needed to get around . We didn’t go for the breakfast choosing to eat out which was so easy and cheap to do.
Everything we ate over our 5 days was delicious and so reasonable.
The main advantage of the hotel is its location, the Jewish Quarter behind and only a 15min stroll to the far side and a 15 min stroll to the main square in the Old Town.
Lastly, there is a bowl of sweets on the reception, I didn’t try one until the next to last day - big mistake. They are the most delicious fudge so try them on day one!!

The hotel is ideally located for the Jewish Quarter (which is amazing) and the main town centre. Krakow is a wonderful town, we will certainly be back & we will certainly re-book MR67. A lovely hotel in the centre of Krakow with lots around it.
Reception is small butneat with multilingual staff that are friendly.
The hotel smells wonderfu throughout and is spotlessly clean. Room was large and bathroom was particularly spacious and modern. Room had hairdryer, safe and iron.

Hotel itself was just a 13 min straight walk from the 300 Airport bus stop. Literally across the bridge and head straight along Dietla Rd.
There were plenty of restaurants, shops and bars in the vicinity. Alternatively, walk for 5 mins to the bottom of the Old Town.

We are not happy that we were not made aware of the upcoming building remodelling of the hotel foyer when we booked our stay as we would have considered an alternative hotel. You did not even have the courtesy to put up notices in the hotel informing the guests in
We are not happy that we were not made aware of the upcoming building remodelling of the hotel foyer when we booked our stay as we would have considered an alternative hotel. You did not even have the courtesy to put up notices in the hotel informing the guests in advance of the works being carried out. We like every other of your guests step out of the lifts on Wednesday morning and the hotel foyer was like a battlefield. We fully understand that works need to be done and the hotel must remain open for commercial reasons during these works, but next time can you please warn us in advance please so we can make an informed decision whether or not to stay with you during the works. These works also temporarily blocked access to the toilets from the restaurant. It also meant that to get to the restaurant from reception you had to walk outside and to get to the lifts from the bar/restaurant you also had to walk outside and access the lifts via the reception.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the centre and the Palace of Science and Culture. Breakfast average considering the price of accommodation. Standard room in very poor condition (lack of shelves and hangers in built-in wardrobe, sliding doors on built-in wardrobe falling out, shower head in bath

I would definitely recommend trying another hotel. This hotel is not worth the price.

Impeccably located, with a great, helpfull and friendly Front Desk staff. Rooms are standard Mercure style, with a pleasant arty touch. Featuring an onsite (overpriced) car park is a definite plus.

The hotel is next to the Central Train station. From the airport, take the train and walk 4 minutes to the hotel. It's next to the Cultural Building, and many bus routes to choose. It's right opposite of the Shopping Mall, which has a supermarket and several food stands.

The rooms are big, the pillows are very good. The staff is very helpful and nice. Rooms are being renovated, the bathrooms are very old and need renovation. Good breakfast especially during the week. The waiting time for the elevator is quite long.
