Very close to Paddington stations and pubs, nice and reserved receptionists, overall clean structure. Very quiet at night. The room size was ok, only the passage to the second bed was very very narrow.

Norfolk Towers is a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station which was perfect for us on a short layover in London as there is a train there that can get you to Heathrow in 20 minutes. The hotel is also a quick walk to Hyde Park and is surrounded by

The hotel is also a quick walk to Hyde Park and is surrounded by great restaurants and pubs. The employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but very clean and well appointed. They have a lovely dining area for breakfast. Would recommend!

We like the Norfolk Towers Hotel we went for a couple of days in the week to do stuff in London. It’s ideally placed near Paddington is clean comfortable and tidy and the breakfast is jolly good.

One of the best boutique hotels in London!

We stayed here in July 2024 and at first we were pleasantly surprised at how amazing this hotel is.
My Mother and I stayed in an Executive Twin room located in the renovated section of the hotel. Our room was 320.

We noticed upon arrival that the room was small but we quickly realized how functional it really was.
One thing I can say is that the pictures don't match the in person description of the room. As well, the rooms are small so book an Executive Room.
I would also suggest booking an Executive Twin if you have one person as the single rooms are quite tiny. Our room was intended for 2 people but it was a bit more comfortable for 1.
During our visit, my mother sprained her ankle. I want to take a moment to mention that the Manager Joao and his staff were extremely attentive to our changed situation.
When she was injured, they gave us buckets of ice regularly for her. They helped us with food deliveries for her and they even helped me carry items to the room for her!
The staff were incredible and made her feel cared for. We couldn't have done this without their hell and it meant alot to us both.
She was upset because of her injury but the staff here went above and beyond to help her!
The Housekeeping staff were incredible. They clean the rooms daily which made life bearable.
One weird thing is the connection between the two hotel sections. The newer section is separate from the older part and connected via an alleyway between them.
One other thing to note is that the staff will hold your bags before and after checking in/out.
Oh and note that the hotel only does breakfast not dinner or lunch.
For food outside, we went to Costa and La Tazza Cafe both on Praed Street. The food at La Tazza is phenomenal and it is close.
Thank you Norfolk Towers staff. We will definitely be booking here in the future! ❤️

A small square and a market with a village atmosphere, just as you'd expect in Paris. The Arc de Triomphe, the Avenue des Champs-Elysées and the Palais des Congrès all within walking distance. An ideal location for a charming hotel. The Villa Alessandra, a hotel of the Machefert Group, and its 49 rooms are decorated in sunny Provence style.
Every detail of the hotel's design has been meticulously chosen to valorise luminosity and create a calm universe in the middle of all the Parisian hustle and bustle. The rooms, perfectly soundproofed, with pastel shades and oak-wood flooring its decoration is inspired by the Provençal style. Some rooms are open onto the green patio and offer a rare and priviliged quiet sleep in the City of Lights, even with open windows.

Upgraded the room when the shower didn’t work, beautiful location for the Marathon start line and excellent breakfast served every day. Excellent and friendly service, no complaints whatsoever. Great Valentines day trip

We stayed at Villa Alessandra for 4 days. We arrived really late and were greeted kindly by the staff at reception. They helped us with the luggage to our room which was very kind. The breakfast was always fresh and really good especially their breads, croissants and pain au chocolate.

The breakfast was always fresh and really good especially their breads, croissants and pain au chocolate. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The hotel is near a great market that was open every day selling loads of great produce from fruit and vegetables to cheeses and different types of meats. It is situated close to Arc de Triomphe and has some good connections to the whole city. If you would like something good to eat make sure you check Atelier du Marche and Dada which are both really close to the hotel and are open until really late. We will definitely return.

We totally enjoyed our stay! All staff, custodial to front desk, were extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms are very clean and as depicted on the hotel website. Staff are fluent in English. We booked a double room and single room. Double room was spacious and minibar was well stocked.

Air condition did not cool adequately in single room and my daughter was immediately moved to a new room. Single room is small but typical size for Paris accommodations. Tastefully decorated. Hotel is quiet and beds sleep well. Custodial staff cleaned daily and towels and toiletries were updated as needed. Remember to pack face towels. Only bath towels and hand towels are provided. Breakfast is offered daily 7am-10am. Good variety of croissants, pastries, granola, nuts, coldcuts, cheeses, dried fruits, jams, honey, yogurt, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, various juices, and coffee. About a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and 30 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of restaurants and banks within walking distance of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here on our return trip.
