A nice, clean hotell, at a walking distance from the Sagrada Familia and public transport.
A great breakfast, with a good selection of fresh fruit and paistries. Complementary candies and water at the reception.
The room was a bit small for three people.

Very nice location. Excellent service. Very good breakfast and gym. It is very convenient for staying with kids in Barcelona. Rooms are clean and spacious. AC is very quiet and windows are soundproof. I would highly recommend this place for people with kids

My husband was having an issue with his computer and she told him to bring it down and with her expertise, it was working in no time.
One of my friends was celebrating a birthday and they noticed it from her paperwork and they wrote her a lovely note and gave her a box of cookies. My husband was exploring the area and got lost and he called up the hotel and she was able to get him back to the hotel.
We did not have tours booked and she did her best to get us to see everything that we needed to see. Graciela was so gracious. She really made our trip.
If I were going to
Barcelona, this is the only place that I would stay.

He's the best Guest Experience Receptionist I've seen in years. He loves the work and puts all of him. The hotel is good a big hall but dark and without bar. The rooms are Good but not as big as I expected. But is the best 4 Star Hotel I've been in Barcelona as the hotel offer in Barcelona in my opinion is one of the worst one in the world small hotels with dark rooms, not comfy employers. This one made us feel comfortable. We would love a Bar and restaurant for next stay. The cleaning service could improve and the breakfast was fresh but not with a lot of variety, always the same. Thank you for this excellent experience with a special mention to Nico and Bel Art Team. We've been 4 rooms for 6 nights

Location of hotel is not great, on a large busy roundabout. It was noisy in our room.
Hotel seems to be in financial difficulty as they tried to get us to upgrade and pay more as soon as we arrived. Also when we asked for some milk for our room

Also when we asked for some milk for our room the receptionist was rude and wouldn’t allow us to have any, when I mentioned housekeeping hadn’t left any because we’d asked for our room not be cleaned she actually checked her computer to see if this was the case before she’d let us have 2 small sachets of milk 😂 Very strange. Not friendly at all.

Lovely hotel with everything you need.
Stayed for a wedding away from the hotel, found check in easy and rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had a wide variety and despite being such a large hotel, did not feel overcrowded.

Lovely place with reasonable prices and nice staff. I can only recommend it to others who planning to go on holiday and are looking for a hotel to stay. Room service is fast and the staff, the cleaners are very friendly and polite. I will definitely visit again.

Quick tourist stay for important historical sites in Sevilla. Short ride from the station with taxi only 5-7 euros. Dinner is fine for 22 euros as a buffet. We skipped the breakfast and ate at the local bakeries. Pool was pleasant and kid friendly, not deep.

The disappointment is just as great as the first impact. Monumental and majestic in appearance, it seems to portend who knows what comfort, hospitality and service. Horrible. As for the service, simply the antithesis of what courtesy and professionalism should be. And don't you dare go to the bar: you will find rudeness and incompetence. Unfriendly, almost impatient attitudes. These are probably the risks associated with large chains when the staff have no interest in defending the company's image. The quality of the food is mediocre (frozen hummus, overcooked and unsalted pasta, meat cooked to the chef's liking,..) and for the cocktails it's a lottery, it depends on who is on the other side of the counter that evening and which 'It's his mood. In the evening among friends at the bar you can't talk calmly because otherwise they come to tell you that you have to speak in a whisper: are we joking? Are we here on holiday or in a monastery? First night air conditioning in the room didn't work. We left the do not disturb notice on the door while we were out in the centre, then we came back and they made up the room. Positive notes: the bed is quite comfortable and the breakfast is quite varied. My advice however is: watch out for red herrings.

ROOM: the room was dirty (especially bed sheets and bathroom forniture), unfortunately the room service didn't help (the rooms need to be renovated 'cause WC, bidet and the bath had non removable stains). Also we had problems at night 'cause through the walls you can hear people nextdoor, so it was quite annoying.
BREAKFAST: quantity was okay, quality was low; nothing fresh baked, not a single cake or else. Salami and ham tasted like they were bought from the cheapest discount, I'm sorry.
POOL: little pool (especially if you look at how many guests the hotel can have), located in a sunny area, not in a comfortable zone with a lot of trees or else.
LOCATION: really far from the center, you have to take the hotel bus service (if there, otherwise you'll wait a lot) that will stop you at the metro station and from there you'll be in the center in 4 stops. The metro and the service close at 22:00 pm, so we ended to need a taxy every night.
Only exception: the BAR/restaurant. The staff was kind and the food delicious (we had lunch twice and were really satisfied).
At the same price you'll definitely find something better.

Late booking for unforeseen trip to Madrid and I was pleasantly surprised. The location worked out perfectly, the rooms were agreeable experience and, importantly well cared for and replenished daily. The breakfast room and house keeping staff were attentive... but I have to single out Sara at the front desk,

I liked the concept of the hotel and rooms. The beds were nice and rooms comfortable - all with a specific film-themed deco.
The downsides I found were:
- the rooms were not very sound proof and you could also hear this constant humming sound from the electric board ;

- there were a few hairs here and there in the bathroom and when I’d get rid of them, next cleaning round there were some more;

- there is a strong smell of toilet in the staircase and you can smell they tried to cover it up (which is fully understandable)
Other than that staff was nice, lunch was vey cheap and decent and the deco fairly cool

Owing to this, i didn't even bother having breakfast in the hotel. The hotel has potential and is in a good location but rooms need upgrading (at least the one I was in)

This is an exceptional hotel with great style.
It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with local buses taking you directly into the centre in about 5/6 minutes.
The staff are so friendly and the bedrooms are all themed - predominantly white with bold colours.
