A nice, clean hotell, at a walking distance from the Sagrada Familia and public transport.
A great breakfast, with a good selection of fresh fruit and paistries. Complementary candies and water at the reception.
The room was a bit small for three people.

Very nice location. Excellent service. Very good breakfast and gym. It is very convenient for staying with kids in Barcelona. Rooms are clean and spacious. AC is very quiet and windows are soundproof. I would highly recommend this place for people with kids

This was absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and friendly. I want to give a special shoutout to Graciela. Talk about hospitality.

My husband was having an issue with his computer and she told him to bring it down and with her expertise, it was working in no time.
One of my friends was celebrating a birthday and they noticed it from her paperwork and they wrote her a lovely note and gave her a box of cookies. My husband was exploring the area and got lost and he called up the hotel and she was able to get him back to the hotel.
We did not have tours booked and she did her best to get us to see everything that we needed to see. Graciela was so gracious. She really made our trip.
If I were going to
Barcelona, this is the only place that I would stay.

I work as a Director in a luxury hotel in Dubai and Nico is the ideal Receptionist, his kindness, helpfullness, ideas to solve problema and the Hard work that he puts for growing the experience of the client i've never seen it in a hotel. He's the best Guest Experience Receptionist I've seen in years. He loves the work and puts all of him. The hotel is good a big hall but dark and without bar. The rooms are Good but not as big as I expected. But is the best 4 Star Hotel I've been in Barcelona as the hotel offer in Barcelona in my opinion is one of the worst one in the world small hotels with dark rooms, not comfy employers. This one made us feel comfortable. We would love a Bar and restaurant for next stay. The cleaning service could improve and the breakfast was fresh but not with a lot of variety, always the same. Thank you for this excellent experience with a special mention to Nico and Bel Art Team. We've been 4 rooms for 6 nights

Late booking for unforeseen trip to Madrid and I was pleasantly surprised. The location worked out perfectly, the rooms were agreeable experience and, importantly well cared for and replenished daily. The breakfast room and house keeping staff were attentive... but I have to single out Sara at the front desk,

I liked the concept of the hotel and rooms. The beds were nice and rooms comfortable - all with a specific film-themed deco.
The downsides I found were:
- the rooms were not very sound proof and you could also hear this constant humming sound from the electric board ;

- there were a few hairs here and there in the bathroom and when I’d get rid of them, next cleaning round there were some more;
- breakfast is average
- there is a strong smell of toilet in the staircase and you can smell they tried to cover it up (which is fully understandable)
Other than that staff was nice, lunch was vey cheap and decent and the deco fairly cool

I can’t fault this hotel other than that, the staff can’t do enough for you and always happy to help.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel during a business trip to Madrid. While the hotel may be to someone's liking, I thought it was at best average. I stayed in rom 205. The floor is covered in cheap laminate, the cover on teh bed (nested amongst two sheets was

The floor is covered in cheap laminate, the cover on teh bed (nested amongst two sheets was torn, the towels were shabby, teh tiles in bathroom cracked. Owing to this, i didn't even bother having breakfast in the hotel. The hotel has potential and is in a good location but rooms need upgrading (at least the one I was in)

This is an exceptional hotel with great style.
It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with local buses taking you directly into the centre in about 5/6 minutes.
The staff are so friendly and the bedrooms are all themed - predominantly white with bold colours.
