On our arrival we were greeted with a tired and p***ed off member of staff who was moaning that he was doing all the jobs. After checking in we decided to have a drink in the bar so he ran into the bar to serve us. A guest approached him
On our arrival we were greeted with a tired and p***ed off member of staff who was moaning that he was doing all the jobs. After checking in we decided to have a drink in the bar so he ran into the bar to serve us. A guest approached him to ask a question and he shut her down saying he’s busy making drinks 😳 very rude. We were not offered water on arrival as others have said. We weren’t given any helpful information about Rome or means of transport.
The room was clean but run down. Water leaking on the floor in the bathroom, curtains hanging off, just all very tired. Our view was of a roof and building works.
It’s quite a way out of the city so we got taxis in which cost around €25 on average.
Breakfast is below average in a kind of basement room. No windows. Some cold meats, pastries and scrambled eggs. If they run out don’t expect any more. Once they’re gone they're gone! Breakfast waitress never interacted with any guests or even cracked a smile. (Except to tell me - no more eggs)
Would definitely not return here. It’s a 2 star hotel at best.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, so friendly, can't do enough for you.
Hotel is on the out skirts of Rome so worth doing your research to be closer to the main town. Very busy road. The staff gave us a map and we're very helpful in explaining how to get to

What let's this place down is the pictures are not a true reflection on the What we got, was very disappointed with our room , not very clean, very out dated, broken hair dryer very hard bed, marks on the wall not very nice.
Broken hair driver bathroom not very clean either.
Maybe they gave us the oldest room but from the pictures we know there not all the same my mum was also disappointed that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room and if you wanted one you would need to go to the bar and pay.. Real shame as the staff are great!
The roof top terrace is beautiful but again not same as the pictures at all.
And not the best of views.

Amazing hotel, super friendly staff, and so helpful. Everywhere was immaculate. Beds were comfortable, and the roof terrace was perfect for catching some sun.

The hotel was great, very clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff can't do enough to help you. The rooftop is a lovely place to just sit and relax. I would go back without a thought. Well situated to jump on a

I visited the hotel with my family.
The staff was very friendly and kind. The triple room was big, clean and the beds was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel is near the city centre and very close to the hotel is a bus stop. So you can go

Not a bad hotel but fair walk from centre and could do with a refurbishment, breakfast was pretty good for a continental but dud get very busy and only 1 waitress doing everything so had to wait around as most tables still had used cups and plates on … also

The hotel is clean , but tired.
I did not appreciate being told to sit a specific table for breakfast even when there were clearly several empty, was totally snubbed when asking for hot water for tea. Male concierge added 30% onto the price of bus tickets , next days'

Male concierge added 30% onto the price of bus tickets , next days' tickets were as priced on the actual ticket. Makes them untrustworthy. Poor breakfasts . And service is bad. Itallians get treated well and english are NOT . They don't know how to treat paying guests with equal respect . Its obvious they are blatantly discriminate.

The staff at the Diana Park hotel were very helpful the room was clean with a kettle coffee & tea and well presented. Room service each day and fresh towels, the breakfast was very good with lots of choices would definitely stay there again

American Airlines sent us here when flight was canceled. Definitely would not have chosen this location across from train station. Sketchy area, dirtier than most of Venice. Room was ok, but mold in shower and air conditioning filter not cleaned in quite a while. We were also promised breakfast boxes

I stayed at the plaza hotel two separate times in one visit. The first two nights I stayed on the older side in a smaller room which was considered a triple. I have to say it did need some TLC, the Walls need to be painted and the carpeting needs

I have to say it did need some TLC, the Walls need to be painted and the carpeting needs to be replaced. The location was perfect with lots of eating options in close proximity. My second stay was for one night room 1105, it was on the newer section with much more updated amenities. The room was extremely spacious with all new amenities, huge walk-in shower, separate water closet and two large king beds. Overall my stay both times were good, I would hope some updates would be made to the older portion of the hotel. Additional check in staffing could also be needed. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

The hotel has a very convenient location..just opposite Mestre Station.The rooms were spacious ,clean & comfortable. The breakfast was sumptuous with wide variety of yummy tarts and cakes.The reception staff were helpful .It's located away from Central Venice which is an advantage..just a 10 min train ride to Santa Lucia.

My family and I (wife and son) had a confirmed reservation at Plaza mestre Venice. We contacted the hotel four hours prior to arrival to confirm a late check-in due to our flight delay. We received email confirmation from Marcello permitting this late arrival. Exhausted from travel and managing our
My family and I (wife and son) had a confirmed reservation at Plaza mestre Venice. We contacted the hotel four hours prior to arrival to confirm a late check-in due to our flight delay. We received email confirmation from Marcello permitting this late arrival. Exhausted from travel and managing our mental health, we arrived at the hotel late at night, only to be denied the room by the staff member (Mustafa/Mohammed). They claimed the hotel was full only before 10 mins of our arrival, offering just a solution that we go to this another hotel or contact our booking partner. This situation was incredibly stressful. We were left stranded late at night with a confirmed reservation, further impacting our already strained mental state. Scrambling for alternative accommodations at that hour was exhausting and significantly disrupted our trip.
