Decent hotel in Milan…..we stayed here as a couple May 24 & I would definitely recommend. The breakfast was nice & enough to choose from. A quick note in that the mini bar in the room is free but there was no price list, you’ll pay for the water! I

I didn’t find the staff very friendly but that didn’t matter as we were out & about in Milan the whole time. It’s tucked away on a corner only a short distance from the Metro which has excellent connections to the city & the airport. We flew from Linate airport & it’s only 25 minutes on the Metro. The area is hustle & bustle with shops, bars & restaurants. You can walk to the Duomo in about 25 minutes. All in all, Milan was amazing & well worth the visit!

The hotel is not as close to the central station as you are led to believe from the description. We paid to upgrade to a superior room on a higher level which was very hot and dark and looked nothing like the superior rooms shown on the website. We asked
The hotel is not as close to the central station as you are led to believe from the description. We paid to upgrade to a superior room on a higher level which was very hot and dark and looked nothing like the superior rooms shown on the website. We asked if they had any other rooms to be told very rudely by Alberto on reception that there were not. After unpacking and approximately an hour later, we had a call from a lady who said we could look at two other rooms!!
Consequently we moved rooms but the room was only slightly better, one of the main issues was the heat, the hotel advertises air conditioning but it would not work so asked reception why only to be told they don’t put it on until mid April which was not specified anywhere! On the third night asked for a fan which when arrived only blew out hot air!
The choice on the breakfast buffet was good but then on the last day all the scrambled eggs were off so they removed it!
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful but others were very abrupt and rude, when we checked out we were not even asked if everything had been ok during our stay!
All in all the hotel was disappointing and we ended up having to get cabs everywhere as too far to walk.

Great hotel in the city center.
Staff is really great.
Umbrellas and powerbanks available.
Great breakfast, clean and confortable rooms.
We stayed for 3 nights and were able to visit Milano and also Como by train (Milano Centrale).

Lovely hotel in a great location, we walked into town every day through the park. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent with a variety for everyone. I had a single room, very clean , lovely shower.

Very good but a little outdated

We had a suite with our own pool. Rooms are a little outdated. Service is very good. People reserve their spot at the pool with towels in the morning. They should stop that. Location is excellent.

Excellent Staff but Disappointing Accomodation

The Parc Germano Suites sit on a west facing hill-side with excellent views of Lake Garda. The complex is about ten-minutes walk from Bardelino along a somewhat busy road. The grounds are well tended. The staff are exemplary and were professional and very helpful throughout our stay.

The grounds are well tended. The staff are exemplary and were professional and very helpful throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed by our suite and by some of the facilities.
We stayed in a suite with a private pool for which we paid a premium. The living accommodation was sparsely furnished. The main seating was a sofa-bed with not additional cushions and therefore little back support. We ended up bringing cushions and pillows off the bed to make it comfortable to sit on. I think that the suite had once had a kitchen. We had the impression that this had been removed and the work poorly finished. Very limited crockery was provided in the room and when we ordered room service it arrived with disposable cutlery and no plates. A very large plant pot which was empty and I think belonged to the outside display was in the living room when we arrived and we had to move this outside. The suite caught strong sun in the afternoon but there was only a small sun-shade bedside the pool making it difficult to sit outside. At this price point I would have expected an awning or other shade. The gym was poorly equipped. The cardiovascular equipment consisted of one stationary bike, one treadmill, and one slightly damaged cross-trainer. What I initially took to be multi gym equipment was in fact about half-a dozen items of air-resistance equipment designed for circuit training.
We are grateful to the staff for their excellent service but at this price point (over 2,000 Euro for six nights) we would have expected better facilities.

Beautiful Bardolino, Lake Garda

We have been many times to different areas in Italy but this was our first visit to the lakes. Loved it all.
First the Parc Hotel Germano Suites was lovely and very convenient for the walk down into town, took us about 15 mins to the end of the lake

First the Parc Hotel Germano Suites was lovely and very convenient for the walk down into town, took us about 15 mins to the end of the lake and then it was a gorgeous walk along the lake.
We booked a two bedroom apartment as there were 3 of us in our party and were very pleased with the space and beautiful view of the lake from the big sliding doors upstairs in the lounge area. Bedrooms were very nice with plenty of storage in both. We didn't use the kichen except for coffee but all looked very well equipped.
Only one complaint the pool was freezing, we have found this on Italy quite often which is a shame. The weather was gorgeous and it would have been nice to have a swim to cool off, but think we might have got frost bite it was so cold. Dipped our toes in but that was as far as we got. 🥶
Plenty of great restaurants to choose from and as usual in Italy great food.
As we were only here for a few days we didn't do any trips just enjoyed beautiful clean Bardolino and all it had to offer.
I would recommend these apartments but if you have walking differculties you may find the walk back up hill a little far.
All together a great holiday in a beautiful part of the world.

The bedroom had a King size bed and a Jacuzzi bath at one end. The bathroom had a large shower with large shower and waterfall heads. It was also a Turkish Bath.
All the staff are brilliant, the food in the morning was, by the time we ate at 9am, not very hot but acceptable and plenty of choice. Could have done with more fresh fruit rather than tinned.
Even the bar staff working in the bar pool were very pleasant, rare in some hotels and I would like to thank the Receptionist/Management for the upgrade to the Royal Suite and the bottle of Bubbly.
The only problem we had, if it is a problem, was that the temperature varied between 33-40C except the last when it was raining but we were leaving at 08:00hrs. Didn’t see a
cloud cloud until then.
I had broken seven vertebrae in my spine last August, spent some time in hospital and cannot have Physiotherapy as they were compression fractures and I found the 30min walk to the lake difficult, especially in the heat. Fifteen Minutes if you are of average fitness.
There are many bars and restaurants along the lake and a large Ferris Wheel, which we went on. Also the ferry point is almost next to the wheel along with motor boats you can hire. The town has lots of Cafes, restaurants and tourists shops etc.

A beautiful spot in an excellent location. Few minutes stroll into Bardolino centre. Beautiful views of the lake from the hotel. The staff are so helpful big shout to Giulia. Only criticism is the room needs a it updating very plain poor decor and bedding looked shabby saying that it
