The hotel was in a good location and adequate for a two day stay while visiting the city, however we were given such poor recommendations for places to eat and things to do that we felt like an easy mark. We arrived tired and hungry after a 10 hour flight.

We arrived tired and hungry after a 10 hour flight. We took their recommendation for a restaurant under the bridge for dinner. We ended up ordering only one entree and a bottle of wine for $450 (a lot more than we would normally spend. We complained to staff at the hotel for not warning us about the cost only to find they gave the same recommendation to friends who arrived two days later. Definitely can’t be trusted.

Hotel is as would be expected in this price range, comfortable bed, limited hanging space, good bathroom but nowhere to lay out a suitcase. Breakfasts are good (they were included in the room deal by my your company.
However, don’t even think about having dinner in the top floor

However, don’t even think about having dinner in the top floor restaurant…. Over priced and under value.. was charged 30 euros each for canned soup, limited Bain-marie hot food (it wasn’t) and a limited range of salads. Take a tip, walk out onto the street, turn left and walk 100m to a range of good eateries at realistic prices.

We spent four nights here, two pre tour and two post tour, and we were very comfortable; it was great and we loved the views from the breakfast room.

A total shake down began at the desk when we asked for a taxi could get us a taxi but at 3 times the cost we found for our self tried overcharging on my beers 5 for 4 haha nope and then tried charging us 25 euros for a buffet

Where do I begin? My daughter had won a trip that was 3 weeks before the departure date. One week before she was to leave with a friend, the friend was not able to go, so instead this 72 year old mom who has never traveled
Where do I begin? My daughter had won a trip that was 3 weeks before the departure date. One week before she was to leave with a friend, the friend was not able to go, so instead this 72 year old mom who has never traveled internationally headed to Türkiye! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, Everyone went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our 5 nights sooo special! It is a small hotel (like a B&B) with 12 rooms, each totally different. My daughter and I had a perfect room! She had a bed and bathroom and I did as well, as It made getting ready soo much easier. Our stay came with breakfast and dinner daily! Talk about delicious. Breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast buffet, with the chef cooking what became a favorite, scrambled eggs with red bell peppers tomatoes and a little cheese. DELICIOUS, along with the traditional buffet. I will make the egg dish for my family a tradition !Dinner was served plated and the menu was different every night. It started with a fresh soup, salad and entree! Of course a Turkish desert made it complete! Sooo good!
We had an itinerary of tours as part of the package she won, but the manager,helped sooo much as we planned out where to go and when. He also acted as our driver to several spots. He arranged timing for everything! He and his wife had met us at the airport and helped us pack our MANY suitcases into his car! Typical Americans who overpack! lol!
The hotel is soooo unique! It has a courtyard as you enter, where we would sometimes sit. It had a covered area on second floor overlooking the town where we would also sit in the afternoon to have a glass of wine or an early morning latte.
The third floor was where the dining area was, with big windows looking onto the town square and the famous cave castle in full view!
You can stay with or with our breakfast and dinner is upon request when booking.
The hotel/B&B was soo charming, but the real joy was getting to know the 6 employees. Each one was soo helpful and there was nothing they wouldn’t do for us. They were obviously there to please the guests!!!! They did please us, in fact when we left we were about in tears to leave our new “family”.
You must remember this was once a cave not a “Four Seasons Hotel”. Each room has a hot tub in the room which we never used, and a shower in the bathrooms, clean but not fancy rooms. We did not have air conditioning. We were there in late June and it was warm in the room during the day however we were out and about so we were never miserable because the evenings were cool.
Would love to share pics and videos but sadly when we got back to the states, after 20 hours of traveling, my daughter left her purse in the Uber and the driver after changing her story said she didn’t have it! Soo, she lost her camera,money and personal belongings. Ironically, we had to get back to The States for someone to not be honest😡🥵😡!
If you go to @kelir on instagram you will see lots of pics regarding the hotel and our trip! It was made soooo special because of the wonderful hotel and employees! We miss our new family at TheYoungCaveHotel. If you go and I hope you do, tell them Janelle said hello! 😘

Stayed for a couple of nights as part of a U Tracks self guided walk. Staff were great & very friendly & the breakfast was good. The room was very noisy both from the hotel courtyard & the main street & Ortahisar itself not that memorable.

We were kindly assisted the most from a gentleman named Eser.
Hotel was really good, really clean and view from the hotel is not bad at all with a nice sunset view to the mountains.
Everything a tourists needs is about 10-15 minutes away.
Recommend this for normal tourists :)

Poorly maintained hotel. Had to ask for a change of rooms 3 times. Filthy toilets and aircon had a mind of its own. Swimming pool was filthy smelly and wasn't clean.
It's a shame as this hotel is only 5 years old however poor management has let it down

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and as soon as we arrived took our luggage our room and as was late, even though was only bed and breakfast deal was provided with dinner at 2am. Could not fault stall at all.
Hotel is a 4 star and in some areas does require some work but the experience was great. The staff helped book excursions for us and arranged tours.
Personally I would definitely recommend this hotel due to staff and experience we had and there are a lot of restaurants around and only a few miles from large shopping centre Mark Antalya. The room we had was a triple room with a double & single bed.
Overall 5* from us.
