Rooms were adequate and comfortable. Location was not bad too. But the ultimate winner was the breakfast buffet. Loved the wide spread and their Filipino staff was very accommodating. The reception staff also helped us book a ride to the airport which was a lot less than what we paid

Beware of security issue here

This is a decent hotel, but be aware of security issues here. My wife was robbed of her purse (passport, money credit cards, etc) while we were in the bar off the lobby. There was no one else in the bar except for the thief, who was at the
This is a decent hotel, but be aware of security issues here. My wife was robbed of her purse (passport, money credit cards, etc) while we were in the bar off the lobby. There was no one else in the bar except for the thief, who was at the end of the room watching a soccer match. There is access to all portions of this hotel to anybody walking in off the street without a room key, including access to all floors. This hotel’s location next to the subway station may be convenient, but it presents serious security problems unaddressed by management.

An excellent, conveniently placed, well run hotel where everything works beautifully.
We stayed at this hotel for a week in June, mixing European Athletics and sightseeing.
The hotel is perfectly situated next to the Manzoni Metro which has great access to all tourist sites, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Vatican

The hotel is perfectly situated next to the Manzoni Metro which has great access to all tourist sites, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Vatican City etc. The hotel is also situated within a 15 minute walk to the Roman Forum and Colessium.
The hotel is well run, with all the teams, reception, cleaning, breakfast and bar teams being customer friendly and focussed on our satisfaction.
The rooms are spotless, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the air conditioning was very efficient, a welcome relief from the city heat.
The breakfast has a great choice, good quality and is a relaxing experience. The buffet is really well run and managed with all the staff extremely attentive.
I am a frequent traveller and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had the best time in the beautiful city of Rome. The hotel is perfectly situated with a 10/15 walk to one of the major attractions. The reception staff are so helpful. The rooms are spotless and the towels and pillows are so beautiful. The breakfast has a great choice.

Excellent hotel - quality towels and big bed. Stayed half board and the food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner. Bar was comfortable, and reasonable prices. Good bottles of wine for 18 to 25 Euros. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The room was HOT. Barely any air coming out of the AC vents and the air was not cold enough to cool the room. The AC cannot keep up with the outside temperature. No AC vents in both bathrooms. The bathroom windows have sheer curtains and the heat from outside

Went to the front desk and the Representatives had taken their coats off and they were rolling up their sleeves because it was hot in the lobby. They ignored us. The lobby was cooler than the over $500 a night room. We had booked the room for 4 nights. We went out for dinner and after we returned the room was still HOT and I complained at the front desk again and they sent the bellboy to check the AC control. He said he reset the control , but that did not help. I slept in my own sweat first night. It was 6;00 AM before the room was somewhat cooler than from the time we arrived and then.

I am extremely disappointed with how I have been treated at this hotel. After a long day of traveling and dealing with multiple flight delays, I finally arrived at the hotel last night. I approached the hotel staff member, greeted him with a smile, and said hi. He didn’t bother
I am extremely disappointed with how I have been treated at this hotel. After a long day of traveling and dealing with multiple flight delays, I finally arrived at the hotel last night. I approached the hotel staff member, greeted him with a smile, and said hi. He didn’t bother greeting me and just looked at me, so I told him I was checking in. He immediately responded very rudely, “Name? I can’t check you in without a name.” I was taken aback by his rudeness. When I asked for his name, he quickly said something like Adriano, but I’m unsure if I got that correctly. I also asked for help with my luggage since I had read reviews online stating that staff members had assisted other customers with their luggage. However, he dismissed me curtly, saying there weren’t any porters and he was alone. His entire demeanor was very disrespectful and rude. It wasn’t until my boyfriend arrived with our bags that he changed his attitude, starting to say “please” and “thank you.” As the rest of my travel party arrived, his behavior became nicer. Perhaps he realized that I wasn’t alone and that he didn’t want other people to see how he was treating me. I then asked for his name and how to spell it as I planned to speak to a manager about my experience. He became very defensive and combative, asking why I needed his name and what my name was, even though he already had it from the check-in process. I told him that he had been very rude throughout our entire interaction and I wasn’t pleased with how he treated me. He kept questioning how he was rude and then yelled that he was very tired. This upset me further, and I told him that we were also extremely tired from traveling all day. Regardless of his fatigue, he does not have the right to treat customers rudely as it is his job to provide service. This has been a terribly unfortunate introduction to Venice. I hope that this man receives some customer service training and does not treat other customers this way. I also wonder if his behavior is reflective of his personality or if there are other underlying issues such as my race that he has a problem with. I have always had excellent experiences in Italy and love the people here. However, this incident has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would like to see a manager address this situation appropriately.
The room was fairly clean at an initial glance . However I did find hair and stains on the pillows.
Last night when he was taking my breakfast reservation, he asked me what time I wanted to come down and I told him 8am. However, this morning, we went to breakfast only to find that he put us down for 8:30am. This put another dent in our plans as we had a tour at 8:30am. The pettiness and rudeness of this man is insane.

We had a fabulous stay here!
Rooms - great size, and décor really nice. Our room overlooked st mark's basilica (paid room) was so nice of a morning to open the door/window and look out. Bed super comfy.
Hotel location is brilliant. Had bed and breakfast, breakfast was nice
