The Louie ledger is in a great location as it is only about a 25 minute walk to whenclas square and all the other great attractions in Prague city center.

Our room was a good size but on our arrival the room was absolutely way too hot and overpowering, we did tell reception but they said the temperature was controlled by a heating system for the whole building. We eventually turned off all 3 radiators, 3 being in the room and one in the bathroom and that made only a small difference, we slept the rest of the 6 night stay with our window open all night. ( There is a fan in the room I may add but it didn't make the room any cooler)
The other gripe we had was that there were no facilities in the room to make a tea or coffee which I would expect when staying in a hotel.
There is an option to purchase hot drinks at reception, but when you have been out all day it is nice to relax in your room and make yourself a warm drink.
We were located on the first floor and we were in the first room so we had a few drunken people trying our door at night-time a couple of times during our stay which was no fault of the hotel, but it did give us a fright when we were fast asleep.
On a positive note the rooms are immaculately clean as are the towels and small toiletries are provided in the bathroom.
The breakfast was amazing and such a great variety for everyone. The staff were really good at breakfast and worked extremely hard.
They brought out a birthday cake and two glasses of champagne for my husbands birthday which was totally unexpected and absolutely delightful which was very much appreciated.
All in all, we had a great stay whilst here at the Louie ledger and would recommend it for your stay in Prague you will not regret it should you book.

The breakfast had a nice variety of tasty options, which was perfect to fuel me up for a day of sightseeing. The staff were also really friendly, especially the Roman who was so friendly and made our stay easy and pleasant.
The combination of the location, comfy room, good breakfast, and kind staff made it a great base for my trip.

Enjoyable stay. Staff were always polite and helpful, particularly on reception. Good location 2 minute walk from central station. Rooms were a good size. Beds were made and towels replaced every day. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Only negative was that we stayed in a family

Hotel located very close to the main station where you can take train direct to airport, underground or buses.
Our check in was smooth as we did the online check. We were lucky that rooms were available upon our arrival at round 1 pm.

Room was spacious, clean and looked new. Toilet and bathroom is separated. WiFi is good. However, the downside: there’s no bathroom door and with a ceiling to floor glass window on one side. It only has a curtain. We didn’t aware of this when we chose this hotel. The hair dryer was an old style one that you need to hold the button to operate it. I think hotel should change with a new one. And just only one bedside had an electric plug with USB and type-C. If you are fine on all these, it’s no doubt a good choice to you.

We stayed for 5 nights in late Sept and October 2024. The hotel is very close to the main train station. It is a safe area. Our room was freshly decorated and appeared new. The bed was a very large bed and comfortable. The room had tea & coffee facilities,

The bed was a very large bed and comfortable. The room had tea & coffee facilities, and also a fridge. The separate bathroom was small but perfectly situated with a separate toilet room. The shower was excellent with good water pressure. The price of our stay was excellent for Vienna at a cost of € 585.90 for 5 nights for 2 people. We also had a great view from our window from a high floor.
The free Wi-Fi was unsecured! The station is a great place to eat out.

if you dont, exit hotel turn left,then right,its a major road... the big yellow tram 6 or 4 does a semi circle of the city and buses in abundance.
I woukd definitely stay here again or recommend to friends or family.

Overall experience was very good. The hotel was very close to city center, 15-20 min walk. Breakfast was great. The room was clean,spacious and warm.
The rooms are poorley isolated, so we would hear the bus, cars and people outside.
There were not enough towels in the bathroom.

We found the place excellent. Rooms backing onto the Atrium are very quiet, which is great for a city centre hotel.
The Hotel was comfortable and clean and a nice place to be.
The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, making it easy to get information.
We really enjoyed the breakfast

This hotel is reasonably central, it's not in the nicest of areas but easy to get too with a metro close by.
The hotel staff were efficient, they were not super friendly but then they were un-friendly either, I think they were just focused on doing their job. No frills

Breakfast is a buffet, it has most things but I found it quite un-inspiring, but given the price range of the hotel, it is fine. I've had a lot worse, but I've also had a lot better.
The room was very clean, the linen was also very clean, soft and the bed was comfortable. The heating worked well too (November). There was a small fridge and safe in the room.
Overall, the hotel ticks all the boxes but there is nothing really exceptional about it. At the end of the day I was there to see Budapest and I wasn't looking for a fine hotel experience, it did the job and was comfortable, clean and warm.

Out of all the hotels that we had booked, only this one, offered a partial credit note should we visit in the next year. It was a kind gesture and one which we appreciated, so we made the decision to visit them again.
The hotel is a little quirky in places, like if you want a hot drink for your room, you have to use a machine downstairs in the bar, but we liked it.
Our room had the benefit of a bath, the complimentary breakfast was a real bonus and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend...

I would like to see a small fridge included in the room. Like many people we drink a lot of water yet the water gets warm.
Breakfast is typical continental with a choice of scrambled or boiled eggs available.
Good choice and good taste overall.
For certain the best part of this hotel is its proximity to the old city, just a 2 minute walk and no more than 5 to the Golden Roof.
I would book this hotel again when we return to Innsbruck.

We decided to use this hotel based on previous reviews and its location. The location was good for access to various activities in Innsbruck but that's about all it has to recommend it. Our room faced the old town and was very noisy because the hotel does not have air-conditioning
We decided to use this hotel based on previous reviews and its location. The location was good for access to various activities in Innsbruck but that's about all it has to recommend it. Our room faced the old town and was very noisy because the hotel does not have air-conditioning but rather just a ventilation system which brings in hot air or cold air - no in between, therefore you have to open a window to cool down the room and then it is very noisy until the late hours of the evening. Our bathroom also had a distinctive offensive smell and when we complained to the woman at reception she dismissed our claims saying it was simply the aroma of the room disinfectant they used - I don't think so. This lady was not only dismissive of our concerns but also defended the lack of air-conditioning by basically telling us 'what do you expect for a building that is over 600 years old'. A sad response which really put dampener our our enjoyment of visiting Innsbruck. And I would hasten to add that not all the staff behaved in such a manner but were actually quite pleasant.

Rooms are clean and very well laid out. Location is extremely convenient. Tram/bus stop, parking lots, start point for going to Nordkette (top of Innsbruck), etc. all are within walking distance from this hotel. The only thing we had trouble with was their heating system. Since they had turned on

Since they had turned on central heating, it would get very hot inside the room. We couldn't also keep the window open due to street noise. Staff was helpful and empathetic towards this issue. They are going to upgrade this old system in next few months after which this issue should go away.

The hotel is a low lying structure that is about 10 minutes walking from Salzburg Hbf, which is the reason my friends and I booked the property. Check in was okay, not the friendliest, but not unfriendly either.
The hotel is a little dated looking, however the rooms are very nicely appointed. I always expect a lot of ingenuity from Mercure properties because the ones I've stayed at seem to be thoughtfully designed. This property was not exception. The room was nicely laid out and designed, a bit of quirkiness, but it made it stand out from some of the other chain properties that are sometimes just blah.
Get the breakfast. It is very nice. There's an old timey butter machine that punched out single pats of butter onto your plate. My friends and I were very impressed by it.
No workout room on the property. It's also a little bit of a hike from the historic center if that matters.
I'd stay again at the Mercure if I were to visit Salzburg again.

We only stayed one night at the hotel and picked the hotel based on an opportunity to burn some Accor points as we needed 4 rooms. Location was okay, about 15 minute walk from the center of town.

AC didn't seem to get cold so we slept with windows open, shower was small and awkward.
We were spoiled at Hyatts through the trip so breakfast was extremely disappointing. Hotel said it would be included when we checked in but then told us it was a mistake and asked for payment. Luckily eventually they ended up waiving it.
Room was large and clean so checked off that box and was definitely the best feature. It is noted that after our stay we decided to cancel our additional two Accor hotels in the next destinations and moved back to Hyatts in Budapest and Istanbul.

Hotel was excellent and in a very good position room was very nice bed was big and comfortable.Breakfast had loads of choices the staff very friendly and helpful when we was departing the manager put us in a private lounge as we had 4 hours before we was being picked

Bed very comfortable. Lovely hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff for organising taxis and giving advice. And lovely selection of buffet food for breakfast including cereals, meats, cheeses, yoghurts and fruit and hot breakfast selection also . Overall very enjoyable stay.

I liked this hotel. The room was quite well equipped with everything you need - towels, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, hangers, mini-fridge, safe. The staff is attentive, during this time I noticed high-quality cleaning upon request, replenishment of coffee/tea, a convenient gym.
