A very positive experience

I recently spent nine nights at this hotel. I am a regular guest, visiting the hotel every year. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is quite good being close to public transport and with good parking on site. The beds are some of the most comfortable that weI recently spent nine nights at this hotel. I am a regular guest, visiting the hotel every year. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is quite good being close to public transport and with good parking on site. The beds are some of the most comfortable that we have found.
The staff treat all guests with a smile. My wife and I had reason to organise a family lunch at the hotel for twenty people. I arranged the lunch with the restaurant manager Carole who organised the whole thing for us. The service and food/drink were great and our guests were very happy. I am aware that this type of event requires input from many staff members but I would like to single out Carole, Rabir and Iryna. Well done.
While our experience was positive we did experience service delays in the bar. My wife spoke to one lady, a guest at the hotel who had ordered her dinner which had not been served after waiting more than an hour. It appears that the bar is somewhat under staffed.
Finally as guests who spend a number of nights at the hotel has the hotel every given thought to installing a small fridge on rooms for long stay guests for that cold drink of water.

The Maldron is a very handy place for business meetings. Very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely great hotel.
Lunch in the restaurant was 10/10
Special thanks to Jennifer and Stephanie who went above and beyond from the minute we stepped in the doors. They are absolute super stars.

Brilliant hotel ,our room was very spacious and comfortable. Lovely vibe in the bar and the breakfast was unreal ,actually the best hotel breakfast we had 👌 the staff were all very pleasant a girl rheanne was so helpful during our stay anything we asked she accomodated for us 😊Brilliant hotel ,our room was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent stay in the hotel. Room was clean, well maintained and beds sooo comfortable!
Breakfast had plenty of choices and looked after very well by Carol.

Meeting rooms nice and bright and well equipt.
Carvey lunch tasted like a nice home dinner, great portion.
Hotel worked well for a business trip but had a nice friendly feeling that I’m sure would transfer to a leisure trip too.

Really enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Woodstock Hotel. The staff, food in the Shanaway bestro was devine, had the beef, it was exceptional and the cleanliness of the hotel was spectacular. From start to finish our stay here was wonderful. The moment we arrived we were welcomed by the manager, Oisín, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Stayed here for two nights in a family room on the ground floor. The room was spotless. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels for the three of us. Pool facilities were brilliant. We arrived at the hotel around 1930 hrs. On arrival we were upgraded to a superior room. It was lovely airy and quiet. We enjoyed our stay having had a very good night's sleep. Got up for a shower and then on to breakfast.

We enjoyed a lovely help yourself to delicious food. While we were dining the Manager came to each table and spoke to everyone...a nice touch!!
We then checked out as we had to be in Galway for an appointment. There were at least 2 bus loads of holidaymakers and everyone were was treated equally. Total enjoyment!!

We celebrated our wedding in the hotel September 2024. And what a night it was. The hotel couldn't have been more helpful. We had a fantastic stay. Beautiful hotel. Fantastic staff. We booked our stay with Aoife, who was so helpful. As always Ciràn was great at reception, as were his wonderful colleagues. Returned for a relaxing stay in the luxurious and welcoming Brehon Hotel.
The very competent Boriana gave us a beautiful suite with a view of the mountains. We had a light meal and a few cocktails in the bar afterwards.
10/10 for service and ambience.

The spa is out of this world. Great personnel they have an eye for detail and very attentive.
I love that some of the food and drinks are served with edible flowers. It really gives the extra luxurious look.

We stayed in a superior room and when we arrived to our room there were chocolates and a bottle of wine. This hotel has the slowest elevator what I have ever seen, we had to wait for the elevator 3-4 minutes to arrive at our floor. Stayed with my 2 daughters so we were 3 women. Felt very safe in the hotel. Staff on reception were friendly and engaging . In room facilities include iron and ironing board , hairdryer, tea and coffee, toiletries, fridge and safe. 5 minute walk to Paddington tube station . Shops,pubs and restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again. One small criticism would have liked more hangers as we only had 2 each. Overall would highly recommend.
