During our last family trip to Athens, we chose this hotel, considering the hotel's price discount and the proximity to our focal location regarding the aim of our travel. The hotel is exactly 5 minutes away from Omonia Square and metro station. We saw that all the hotel's furnishings were quite new and clean. By the way, our room and interior places were the same as in the photos. If we look at the details of our experience, even though we arrived 3 hours before check-in time, they allocated the room to us. The King Size room we reserved was quite large enough for our family. The beds were very firm. Our room was cleaned every day. We had no problems with hot water. All of the staff was very polite and capable. However, I think the hotel's best thing the hotel offered was its very large and delicious open buffet breakfast. Our only criticism would be about the discomfort caused by the balcony and window frames not being noise-cancelling enough, as the area is a bit noisy. Due to our proximity to the service room on the hotel floor, we felt this discomfort at that point, too. However, this will not change the fact that the hotel is clean, tidy and of a quality that is well above our expectations.

The room was nice. The staff was friendly and help the food was excellent. I have nothing really bad to say about my overall experience. The location of the hotel was very accessible to the main square of the city bus stops and metro stations nearby

The location is full of drug users My daughter and I felt unsafe in the hotel Even the taxi driver warned us not to walk in the area Eventhough we had a nonrefundable stay we could not stay there and wanted to ger our money back to check in another hotel in a safe location The hotel refused us to pay back but we checked out because of the VERY DANGEROUS location The room standard was awful too

It was great, Thanks to Dina and Solomia from the reception. I got a nice big room! This was my second time there. I saw that breakfast improved since June 2022 with blue cheese and dolmas. And the homeless that was laying on the way to Omonia square is gone. And the most important was that I had to leave the hotel at night (like 1am) to go to a night bus on Syntagma square and I was like really–really nervous about the safe times to walk to Omonia and crossing it. Because I wasn't that late in the 2022 and it was no problem at all and there were a lot people on Omonia as well. So "Boss Boutique" was definitely a good choice. Hope, this review will help!

This was a terrible hotel , don’t go there . I don’t know what planet those who liked it are on - it was dirty , more like a hostel . Very few facilities . It’s certainly not 5 star !!! ( that’s a laugh!) more like 1 star. Terrible neighbourhood , drug addicts and prostitutes outside. Staff indifferent when we had our wallet stolen . Did not feel safe in hotel or outside . Spoilt our holiday .
