    Amazing hotel, the indoor and outdoor water parks provide so much entertainment for the children. There are also two indoor playrooms as well. The moment that we arrived the staff especially Annie greeted us and looked after us throughout our visit. The hotel room was amazing with lots of space for the children to relax. The executive lounge at sunset was brilliant, the staff were able to make a selection of cocktails. The canapés were filling and varied.Many reviews state the same thing. You are away from everywhere and the hotel does not allow outside food. This was a problem as my wife and I are both vegetarian and so all the restaurants had limited options for us. We had no choice but to leave the restaurant in the evening. But the hotel was lovely that it didn’t matter that much. Although, I would encourage looking at the menu and seeing how the hotel can be more accepting of dietary needs and more sustainable.

    Stayed Here in March 2026 & the experience was extremely underwhelming . Positives first :- waterpark is nice & the waterpark staff is smiling & helpful . Apart from the waterpark staff the whole hotel staff is extremely cold & rude sometimes. Especially the breakfast staff. They intentionally ignore you if you ask for something, some replied very rudely as well . Upon check in I chose vegetarian breakfast option for me & my husband. I thought It would have been already communicated to the breakfast staff otherwise what was the point of asking us beforehand? When we arrived we had to tell multiple people that we want vegetarian breakfast, it didn't arrive after waiting for long , then after dealing with rude staff I had to contact the restaurant manager to get our breakfast, it arrived in extremely small portions for 2 people, half bread, chickpeas and cucumber salad, that was it , when we said can we get half bread more as we were 2 people and even kids wont be full with this portion they said no very rudely and said only this much portion is allowed. It's really disappointing that Indians are blamed one sided everywhere, but what about the racism we face ? I saw the staff talking happily to Americans and Europeans but when it came to us they just made faces . If you have so many Indians contributing to your travel economy, only thing you can do be nice to them and donot make faces at them . Atleast hire an Indian Chef ! Highly disappointed! PS: Just pay and visit water park , whole hotel is not worth staying
