Great room, and great customer service + hospitality! Especially from Mark, who was very friendly and checked us in quickly! This is our second time here and we’ll be back again for sure! The staff is amazing. Ariel was extremely helpful, getting us a new room when shower malfunctioned. He always greeted us with a smile and genuine concern. Super clean, perfect location for Orpheum Theater. Easy drive to all the places we wanted to see while in San Francisco. Definitely returning. Thanks, Ariel, for sharing your city with us! I had a bit of an emergency last minute and needed a hotel to stay as I sorted out personals within life on life’s terms. Within the last few months, I’ve had the luxury of staying at multiple hotels in San Francisco. Out of all of them, by far my favorite with all their the accommodations has been the YOTEL Hotel. From the actual stay to the complimentary breakfast and the staff Dahlia Regina Mark Ariel and others have made my stay welcoming and accommodating as it felt like a home away from home. To the General Manager Mary, thank you for all that you do and how you’ve helped your staff understand how to make everyone feel welcomed. I will and would definitely recommend a stay to anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay to enjoy the beautiful City of San Francisco. A practical hotel with a modern and contemporary feel.

A new and very practical hotel for short stays. It is an old building that was probably originally intended for other purposes, but it has been fully renovated and very successfully converted into a hotel. It is very centrally located, ideal for getting around on foot to many places, and with excellent public transport connections.However, I believe the breakfast area and service should be reconsidered. It is not very practical or comfortable, and it would be advisable to offer a greater variety of products.On the other hand, the service and attention from the reception staff were excellent: they were always very attentive and willing to answer all my questions. I would especially like to thank Ariel for his kindness and friendliness, as well as another receptionist whose name, unfortunately, I cannot remember at the moment.
