The room was clean and staff were outstanding. It was unfortunate the time we stayed the elevators were broken and they were unable to fix for the 3 nights forcing us to stairs with our luggage.

This hotel is so comfortable from the time you walk-in to the time you check out. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Everyone had enough space for their own needs while our stay. I had peace of mind during my stay knowing that my vehicle was parked in a safe place and the attendants in the hotel were very knowledgable.

Suffers from poor maintenance. Elevators not working. Electrical outlets not working. Low quality breakfast.

1/2 elevators worked when we checked in, by the 2nd day both were down. That was a major disappointment. The one that was working at first was also very sketchy and wobbly when using it, eek! They have handicap accessible rooms but no working elevators? Website doesn’t clearly indicate that the breakfast buffet costs $12 per adult and $9 per kid. Some outlets in the room were controlled by a light switch by the entrance door - that was confusing and there were no labels to help with that. Water pressure was great and the room was clean. There was a lot of condensation building in the room like inside the nightstand which I imagine is going to eventually cause a mold problem. Maybe there already was one, not too sure. Won’t be revisiting because of the elevator issue - that’s a must when you have 4 floors.

Best hotel experience EVER! We were late leaving from our house in Alabama, and we arrived to check in at 3am. Angela was working the front desk. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD! She was friendly , respectful, and gave excellent recommendations on where to eat & shop. Rooms were immaculate, and hotel is in a great location convenient to SeaWorld, shopping, and many other activities.
