Stayed here now a few times and Taylor and Annabelle I believe is how you spell her name anyhow they have always made my stayed her very special. It’s great if you looking to be close to Disney, very clean property. Staff are very kind and will continue to come back for that reason. Arrived to TownePlace today around 7pm. I was a little hungry so we went to the Flamingo Bar and Grill located by the pool and had a great meal. Chef Gene came to our table introduced himself and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our order. We were a party of 3 and were all impressed with our meal and drinks. An excellent stay

I was part of the Disney college program and did not want to live in the dorms any longer. The staff at town place were welcoming and accommodating. I had a beautiful room with a view of Disney World and the restaurant was amazing and the morning breakfasts were wonderful. Glenn, the manager was extremely hospitable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I was there for six weeks. Jean and the other front desk staff were amazingly nice. Always willing to help me with any need that I had. Deceptive paid parking and poor maintenance

I must be staying in a different hotel than others reviewed. Was not informed of the vague parking fees when we booked - $17/night plus "fees"? To park in an open parking lot? Just charge me more for my stay and leave out the third party that doesn't answer calls.Ice machine was in disrepair and gross. Mold in the bathroom. Kitchenette has not been maintained.Smokers congregate at the front door. Good luck on getting the room serviced. Third night and had to ask for towels.Breakfast was basic budget hotel style. Best thing about this hotel is the location. Close to WDW and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Also, the staff is friendly.
