The hotel is a 23-acre, quiet, family-oriented resort located in the middle of all major attractions. It is located within 13 km to Disney theme parks, Sea World, and Universal Studios. If shopping is what guests like, the hotel is just 8 km from the shopping centres and outlet stores. If relaxing on the beach is more their style the hotel is 1 hour away from the beach and is also an hour away from the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa. The Greyhound bus station is about 35 km away and the Amtrak station is about 26 km away.
