Good overall, comfortable rooms, even though we don’t like the open room design of ALoft (no bathroom privacy).Good amenities and nice bar. Lobby sitting area was not kept clean. Hotel seemed very busy, didn’t have rooms ready for 4pm check in, stained bedsheets, no iron in room and took them a day to deliver it.Nearby restaurants and grocery store are very convenient. Bad traffic to enter/exit the area.

We had an unexpected change in our travel plans when our flight was canceled, and the team at Aloft went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly. A special shoutout to Laura at the front desk, who handled our situation with patience and warmth, and to the hotel manager for making sure everything was seamless. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless. We truly appreciated the exceptional service and care—this level of hospitality is rare and memorable. Highly recommend Aloft on International Drive for anyone passing through!

Worst Aloft Hotel

Have stayed at many Aloft hotels in the US as a Titanium Elite member and this one is the worst. I encountered roaches in the room and reported it and the manager was not concerned since it did not call me back. I have pictures and the breakfast was not available until 10am and had to endure a filthy breakfast area at the sister hotel element. Also, the elevators had a scary noise when traveling up and down. Plain awful hotel..

Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Service and Great Location

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed. The property and facilities are incredible – modern, stylish, and very comfortable. However, what makes this hotel truly stand out is the service. Every team member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.The location is ideal as well, with easy access to SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, and Walt Disney World.A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

Roaches and Drain Flies

I stayed at the Aloft Orlando FL on International Drive from June25 to June30 2025 for a family reunion. Prior to my arrival I upgraded my room to an XL loft with 2 queen beds. Check-in was fine. They require you to pay $139.44 for a five day stay for parking. Upon arrival to my room (502) I was impressed because was very spacious with bay windows. The evening of the first night, noticed 2 dead drain flies in the bathroom. Thought nothing of it as they may have just sprayed the room. When I returned to my room after our family banquet with my sister, there were live drain flies and a roach in the bathroom. This was about 10:30p. I killed the roach, took a photo and went down stairs to report. They said they didn't have any available rooms so every time I had to use the bathroom, I had to go downstairs. I finally got brave enough to turn on the light in the bathroom and another live roach was in the middle of the floor. This was around 5:30am. I reported to the front desk again and all of a sudden room 211 was available. The front desk clerk came up to my room with me and witnessed more drain flies. I packed my bags and moved to room 211, which was dusty but decent. They credited me $270 for the live critters and promised me points for my inconvenience, which they never gave me. No manager ever contacted me throughout my entire stay. I filed a complaint with Florida DBPR and also opened a case with Corporate. I will upload my photos and video to every platform I can think of because I don't want anyone else to have to experience this.
