Shocking Customer Service!!

Booked as a package with Virgin Holidays. Called the hotel to confirm the reservation and spoke to someone from front desk who sounded half asleep and she couldn’t be bothered to help me so she transferred me to another line who didn’t help me. I called back and unfortunately had the same lady she then asked for my name and dates so she can check so no idea why she transferred me originally. She said reservation don’t exist even tho it does and I have been invoiced. Everyone raves about this place but customer service was appalling. Great location just steps from Times Square. Fair sized room with fridge, coffee maker, small table and one chair. Pleasant staff and convenient little shop for snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic central location - 30 seconds from Times Square. Hotel and room all felt exceptionally clean, modern and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and great facilities within the room.Breakfast system felt smooth and efficient with minimal wait times during our stay.The staff were very welcoming and all extremely polite and helpful.

Hotel was very good, comfortable and quiet rooms. Anyone complaining about the queues for breakfast must be super impatient as even the biggest queue we experienced was only a 2 min wait. The staff have the process dialledOnly reason I've marked it down was the lobby. It's small and not comfortable, and there was nowhere to sit and relax. Staff on the cafe were hopeless and let the rest of the team down!
