  A substandard hotel

  OK, it is true that I did not actually stay overnight...BUT, HERE IS WHY!!....When we saw the room, it was TINY!!..a queen bed with perhaps 2 feet from the edge of the bed to the wall!The bathroom was super small....the sink was OUTSIDE the bathroom...There was no closet...only a few spots to hand things against the wall....certainly inadequate for a wedding gown and tuxedo, and if you had coats, forget it!There were just a few drawers UNDERNEATH the mattress...very inconvenient and of course no space for much at all...not chest of drawers....Therefore, we left the hotel and stayed elsewhere....a great move!!!SO, if you are a solo traveler with very little luggage and nothing it hang, this MIGHT be adequate...For a seasoned traveler like myself, probably the worst room I have seen...yes, it was clean...How this hotel got such a high rating, I will never know!!!!Please stay elsewhere.....   Perfect location for quiet and still close to everything!

  We recently stayed here and would definitely recommend!We were greeted by friendly reception staff after a long journey and were given a room on the 11th floor.Yes the room was small, however, if you’re not spending much time there it isn’t a problem. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.There is 24/7 coffee, tea and filtered water available and first come first served pastries each morning.The location was perfect. 5 minute walk from grand central station. Far enough away from the main hustle and bustle to be quiet at night but still very walkable to all main attractions and areas.The only slight issue I would say was the daily room cleaning. One day we had to go and ask for towels (which took a long time) and another day we had to ask for coffee pods, however, I would still give 5 stars.   Best Experience Ever!

  We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Pestana Park Avenue in New York! Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in the city.The location is simply unbeatable — just steps away from iconic Manhattan landmarks, with easy access to everything you might need, whether for leisure or business. It truly makes all the difference in a trip.However, the real highlight is the staff: extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with absolutely anything. From check-in to small day-to-day requests, I was treated with a level of care and kindness that is rare to find. Congrats specially to Francisca Pereira, guest manager, and all the staff (Rita, Julia, Andre, and everyone else!).The accommodations are impeccable — the rooms are very well maintained, organized, and exceptionally clean. Everything feels new, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing and pleasant stay.Another point worth mentioning is the availability of coffee, water, and other amenities throughout the day. These small touches make a big difference and show how much the hotel cares about its guests’ well-being.In summary, a perfect stay!
