Tower: pleasant atmosphere, rooms are generous spaces, value of suite regular hotel rooms, always so clean and and smell clean,I slept like a baby no noise , excellent service from the front desk to the door man, how can you go wrong with Byredo,

Great location, spacious room. However, bathroom feels old, carpet seems dirty, noisy AC, no coffee machine ready (you have to ask for it, and it’s a terrible machine), no real concierge. Definitely mid tier.

I visited the spa and lot my AirPod case in a robe. The spa staff was not helpful at all and directed me to housekeeping. Dionna Brown, the housekeeping manger, went above and beyond to help me retrieve the case the same day! Thank you so much!!! I can not speak more highly of her!!!

A beautiful historical hotel with the most amazing service! The staff is incredible - warm, friendly, helpful, personable - all the great things. Our room was lovely, super clean. Beautiful. Quiet. Beds/bedding were wonderful. Of course, it is an older property but all is well-maintained and has a kind of "vintage New York" thing going for it now! Location is wonderful too.

The Lotte New York Palace is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travel. Its prime Midtown Manhattan location places you within walking distance of Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Fifth Avenue shopping, Central Park, and many of New York's major office towers. The hotel combines classic New York elegance with spacious, well-appointed rooms and attentive service. Despite being in the heart of the city, it offers a surprisingly quiet and comfortable retreat after a busy day of meetings or sightseeing. For anyone looking for a central, upscale hotel with easy access to New York's key attractions and business district, I would highly recommend it.
