While the hotel itself is just fine, they don't credit stays to your Unity Account even with # attached and a confirmation at the desk. They'll give you support runaround to get this addressed. And. It. Keeps. Happening. Not worth it if you want a hotel with a functioning loyalty program!

Great, funky hotel with excellent location round the corner from Times Square . Confy bed, good pillows. Okish size room. Excellent rooftop bar.

Augustus was our waiters and he was very professional and kind he explained as the menu and also he was very friendly. The food was great.

This is by far my favorite hotel in the Midtown/Times Square area. This latest time I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Queen room. The Hard Rock stands out for the following reasons:- Consistently clean with consistently nice, friendly service- Great decor - love the blue & gold color scheme carried throughout - Useful in-room amenities: safe, tablet with Alexa, hand-held steamer, small set of dresser drawers, lots of pillows (4/bed + extra in closet)- Clean yoga mat delivered to your room on request- Good and quiet A/C- Nice sized shower stall- On outskirts of Times Square, which is great, because walking through middle of Times Square is a nightmare - Good gym - hard to find in this areaSone minor things that could use improvement:The rooms are quiet from the street noise but the doors are heavy so you do get some noise from doors closing in the hallways. The shower could use better water pressure. Lots of electrical outlets by the bed and chair/table, but several of them broken.A great hotel in this area is hard to find so despite some minor things listed above, I’ll definitely continue to stay here next time I’m in NYC. Great view from your room of ANOTHER BUILDING ACROSS STREET

Nice Hotel but ZERO view from the rooms! You see the hotel across the street and that's it, despite the hotel claiming that "the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room showcase the energy of the city". Nope, only showcase the bricks of the building across the street (truly, you cannot see the city AT ALL). Unfortunate. I'd actually forgive them since the hotel is otherwise quite lovely, but they should not be misleading in their room description (nor say the upgraded rooms "View the neighborhood from a new perspective" when it's only a different building you get to see up close). The photos also should really show this, rather than most of them having the windows covered with curtains!
