Lack of hotel policy enforcement

Stayed 3 days in a room with cigarette burns in the carpet and on the furniture. Hotel policy states stays more than 2 days would receive cleaning room service. None was provided even after notifying the front desk of no service. Will serious consider not staying at a Hampton inn by Hilton. A Hilton member. Parking Fee is a show stopper for us

We've stayed here multiple times over the past few years, but will not be returning due to the $15 parking fee. Rooms are nice & clean & staff is friendly, but this fee is a show stopper for us. There are plenty of other hotel choices locally without the fee. Beware of parking fee

This was our first time staying at this Hampton Inn. The hotel was very nice, and was in a great location. However, we got charged $15 for parking , and we didn't even have a car! No one at the desk asked if we had a vehicle, and we didn't see any sign about the parking fee . Thankfully, they reversed the fee when I explained the situation. Unfortunately, we won't be staying there again, solely because of the parking fee. One night stayBasic Hampton InnChecked in at NoonEnded leaving the property same day at 6pm. The room was not to my liking, carpet was not clean.Received my invoice the following day via email.The hotel charged me $30.00 for early check in. The front desk clerk did not mention the fee while checking in. She did complain about all the incoming phone calls. I contacted the hotel to have the fee removed, no response. I contacted Hilton with the same request, several times. First response was, tough luck, hotel policy. Apparently Hilton’s customer service quality has declined to a low level. Free parking???

Booked 4 nites in august, almost $1000 charge. They then add on a parking feeOf like $50 to park your car…NeverMentioned this during booking. Stay awayUnless u plan on walking up to the frontDoor!!
