We booked a couple nights stay before our cruise. Upon arrival after our flight landed, we were told that they no longer had a room for us (and other families waiting in the lobby.) We have young children and we were left vulnerable in the late hours of the evening with no place to sleep because other hotels were at capacity. It was as if this sort of thing occurs regularly. We were told we would recieve a refund, but have not recieved it, despite attempting to call many times. It was a $500 charge per night. Its an unfortunate situation. We cannot recommend this hotel. Beware and be safe. Good location for transport

We stayed at this hotel because we were going to the F1 race, I booked it because I had googled where best to stay if attending F1 and Brickell came up, hotel is in a good place for convenient transport links to F1. Our room was spacious and very clean except for the sofa, which really needed a good clean, however we did not sit on it so did not bother us too much. The towels and bed linen were spotlessly clean, beds were nice and comfy. The complimentary breakfast is a bonus, although dining room does get very busy. The hotel is in a good location for transport to get you round all parts of Miami, we used the loop trains and the trolley buses, both are free. The hotel is also in a good location for supermarkets and good eating places. I travelled with my daughter and we both felt safe at the hotel and surrounding neighbourhood. This hotel is a good place to stay if you are staying a day or two for a cruise. It is about two blocks walking to city center. If noise is n issue any where city center will not be quiet.
