We stayed in the family suite and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the decor in the entire hotel. The food was delicious in the hotel restaurants as well. Good but not worth the $$s

Location is across from a homelessy 7-11 and much farther from the water than other similar cost and luxury hotels. Gave up my double room when traveling with my child when promised a significantly upgraded one bedroom room. Room I was given was not at all an upgrade. And then when I explained was put in a room that was barely an upgrade. No benefits for being a Bonvoy Ambassador level despite being a Bonvoy partnered hotel. Pictures on website with Sauna and cold plunges are misleading—only available for a significantly upgraded fee at limited hours. On the upside—awesome fitness center. Food is good. Rooftop pool is a cool location. Staff is all very nice. Just expected more for the price and images on website. Nice gym, small room

Eric at the valet was super nice. Checkin was very smooth. At the price I paid for the room, I was hoping for more. The amenity provided in room is limited. And there’s only one pair of slipper. Room is small. We brought up some issues to the front desk such as not working outlet and safebox… the office manager had sent us an email to apologize which I appreciate their attention to this matter. The view from the room was ugly as it’s the view of parking lot and rooftop even with a balcony. The location is very close to all restaurants and shops. The gym is very nice with equipments I never seen before, but it’s a cramped space that fit in too many equipments. Just minor inconveniences but tolerable. We stayed for only a day and didn’t have time to rent the bike, otherwise i think it would be a lot of fun.
