The Linq is always our go to

    rating10 Jun 2026

Location is the best in the strip. Right in the middle of the action. Easy access to our favorite Caesars Forum Shops. The promenade is always great to visit. Rooms always the cleanest. And the value is always amazing. Virgil’s and Carmines being sister restaurants and sharing discounts on their receipts is so cool

Overall it was very nice experience. The staff was really helpful the pool was really nice just wish they had more lounge chairs there that you didn't have to pay. IT’S A MONDAY MORNING AT THE LINQ-WHO’S READY TO PARTY!??

    rating09 Jun 2026

The room seemed good value for the money, especially as they noted it was renovated just last fall. The rust around the bathroom door frames and shower rod would have me believe otherwise. The only way that kind of oxidation can occur in a climate as arid as Las Vegas is if it were bombarded by moisture 24/7. Then taking a look at the “closet” there were noticeable repairs made to the laminated panels that would indicate some severe wear and tear, or an old room in need of renovations. Somehow there were scuff marks on the ceiling and the TV had visible damage to the screen resulting in a pixelated corner. The in room safe was inoperable displaying an error code when we tried to set an pin, and the bed was basically a glorified, mostly deflated air mattress. We are not excessively large people and would sink down a few inches upon lying or sitting on it. Pillows were surprisingly decent though. The ice machine never worked in our 4 nights and the vending machine stole my money twice before pushing out a lukewarm Pepsi. Now let’s get to brass tacks. The room was a pool view, and thus uninhabitable for the majority of the day. Why? Some genius decided the pool at the Linq needed a live DJ for 8 hours a day between 8am-5pm. We’re not talking some background noise. The entire room pulsed and vibrated for the entire day. Shaking the windows, the light fixtures and the wall mounted tv, pixelated one, could not be heard above the sound. Perhaps it fell at some point due to the the aggressive bass? We couldn’t even hear each other talk while the DJ played. This resulted in us not being in the room for most of the day. Don’t get me wrong, we live in a busy urban area with constant street noise and are fairly young, so noise pollution isn’t usually an issue for us. This was different- assaulting, invasive, maddening and quite frankly bad DJ’ing as they couldn’t keep a consistent volume or equalize between songs to save their life. Infact, had they had better controlof the board, this may not have been as much of an issue.Strangely, the daily housekeeping we requested, insisted that they could not perform their duties as we were in the room too frequently. Why not ask to move rooms you might ask? We were told the hotel was sold out for the time of our stay and that was the only room available. No comps, not even a sorry…It’s Vegas and people want toparty at the empty pool on a monday morning at 8am with a DJ that couldn’t even find the sliders apparently. Ok Linq. That’ll be the last time for us. 21st Birthday Celebration

    rating07 Jun 2026

Had a fabulous 5 days at the Linq for our daughter's 21st birthday celebration. Staff at the VIP desk were attentive, rooms were great, all staff from the bellmen, to the housekeepers to the dealers were very friendly and attentive. Had a total of five rooms, and also reserved two nights in the Penthouse Suite. We did one day in the Backyard Cabana at the Linq Pool. The TVs were not working, so the manager allowed us to also use the indoor AC cabana, which was amazing. William Cross from Caesars Entertainment was awesome to work with. He helped get all of our rooms linked, as well as arranging an early check in for the Penthouse and a front of the line reservation for 15 of us at Hash-House-A-go-go. I cannot say enough about how seamless everything went and the service we were shown! We typically stay at Horseshoe or Caesars Palace, but since it was a younger crowd, we chose the Linq for the amenities and the pool. We will definitely be back! Ryan Bennett, Owner at The LINQ Hotel + Experience, responded to this review We are absolutely thrilled to hear about your fabulous 21st birthday celebration! Thank you for highlighting William Cross and our amazing staff.

Rooms Too Loud, No Hot Water

    rating06 Jun 2026

We stayed in a suite overlooking the strip. It was impossible to sleep because the in house band playing outside was going until well after midnight. We also did not have hot water. We tried calling the property, but when calling from a cell phone you are routed to a call center that is unable to help with basic issues because they are not on property. There seem to be so few employees that the only way to talk to a real person is to get in a long line. I could go on, but bottom line is I will not be staying here again. Ryan Bennett, Owner at The LINQ Hotel + Experience, responded to this review Please accept our apologies for the noise, hot water issues, and communication challenges. We understand your frustration.
