Big disappointment!!

This was the worst hotel I had ever stayed. Our room was filthy. The couch was disgustingly dirty, the room had a bizarre odor, the bathroom had musty smell, the carpet was so dirty that I could not walk in my room without my shoes. My lock box did not work so I called the front desk and the young lady said to me she was going to send someone shortly to look at it and of course no one showed up.All the three lifts were very slow and so a couple of times I used the stairs and the railing was shaking and so many steps were broken.Then we wanted to watch World Cup Soccer in the lobby, but the girl at the front desk was not helpful at all in changing the TV station. Once again I was told that engineering department will take care of it. Almost 45mins went by and finally someone showed up.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone not even a homeless person.

Everything about this hotel is great. The rooms, the evening reception, breakfast, parking, restaurant, etc. I spent four nights here and was not disappointed.The rooms are well appointed, and sleep quality was good. The evening reception is above average in terms of appetizers and beverages offered. The bartenders do a fabulous job, serving everyone (it gets really crowded, busy, and noisy at times). The breakfast was great too and the staff work really hard to keep the place neat, tidy, and the food replenished and fresh! I would like to acknowledge Donna, Melissa, and Marguerita for the amazing work they do at the breakfast omelet station. Thank you!Parking is $12 a night, which is quite reasonable for this location. I would certainly come back!

Very outdated, old, uncomfortable not sure how they have 4 stars. Felt like I was in a very low budget room that I paid almost $300 for 1 night. Hilton should be ashamed.

Security guards didn’t let us in the pool 16-year-olds and we couldn’t do anything so I didn’t like this experience. staff is really nice places clean it’s just a security really the security guys are not really nice.

Arnita served breakfast and was sure to provide a very warm and welcoming environment. She exhibited a very professional approach with such a beautiful spirit. Arnita made sure we had everything we needed including sugar with all smiles!!!! Thanks to Arnita, my partner and I will return soon!!!
