    Five Nights, Five-Star Staff!

    rating27 May 2026

?????I just completed a five-night stay at the Spark by Hilton near the airport (May 21–26), and I have to say - the staff at this property are absolutely exceptional. They are the reason this stay stood out, and they deserve every bit of recognition I can give them.Bennie — professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Every interaction felt personal, not transactional.Nykia — efficient, warm, and on top of everything. She made me feel like a priority from the moment I arrived.Shavon — hardworking and gracious. Even under pressure, she showed up with a smile and a great attitude. She is a true asset to this team.Dean — attentive and thorough. The kind of staff member who notices what you need before you have to ask.Loreal — bright energy, great customer service, and always willing to go the extra mile. She made the space feel welcoming every single time.Jewel — simply a gem (pun intended). Warm, professional, and the kind of hospitality professional who makes you want to come back. This team collectively upholds everything the Hilton brand stands for — and then some. If you're traveling through and need a comfortable, well-staffed stay near the airport, look no further. I will absolutely be returning, and it is entirely because of these incredible people.Thank you, Bennie, Nykia, Shavon, Dean, Loreal, and Jewel. You all made my trip.

    Crooks and thieves

    rating24 May 2026

We did not go. We booked back in February. We planned to stay, leave our car at a fee, take their shuttle, and fly off for a vacation. I called 2 weeks before our stay to just confirm everything. I was told their parking policy had been ended. I feel they should have notified their prepaid customers. The front desk gave me no help or any suggestions of nearby parking facilities. So, I cancelled and booked elsewhere. Now I’m not getting a refund because I booked a special rate or some such. I feel that is wrong because they changed their policy. I would never have cancelled. This does not seem legal. I would suggest no one stay here.

    Golden Girls Take ATL

    rating16 May 2026

We were greeted by the most polite, professional and personable shuttle driver, Kala. Kala suggested an economical way of traveling throughout the city as well as a nearby restaurant. Now the front desk manager was absolutely amazing and a breath of fresh air in the hospitality world. He was very friendly and full of personality. Most of all his was very welcoming and inviting. I also would like to mention that all of the staff I passed in the hallway would smile and say hello. While I wasn't sure about the bagel breakfast but I must admit it was a pleasantly different approach to breakfast, which I enjoyed. On check out day, I realized we had an early afternoon flight and would need a noon check out but upon speaking with Reggie, we were told we could only have until 11:30. I asked if we could have until noon and he said no. I would have been wiling to pay for a late check out but this wasn't even offered. We started to pack up and figure out what to do for the next several hours. We stopped the to obtain a copy of the receipt and ask for the shuttle, and I had the displeasure of meeting with Reggie. I asked if the next shuttle we be arriving at noon and was told it runs on the 10 and 40 after, it was roughly about 11:48 am. I advised we were told that it runs every 30 minutes and stated that wasn't correct. Reggie's demeanor was not pleasant, friendly but in fact annoyed. I asked for the general manager and he stated she wasn't in until Monday. I asked for an email address and he pointed to the email address taped to the back of the monitor. I asked if I could have a pen and paper to write it down. During the entire interaction Reggie made no eye contact and provided one to two word responses. The shuttle driver Rob T., dropped us off at the Delta section of the airport even after I asked if this where Southwest was located and he told us to just walk across the airport. Well it turned out that we had to walk a very long distance and once arriving at Southwest, I discovered we could have been dropped off there as well. Now I called today and spoke with a phenomenal agent Marcus (I do believe) whom was very apologetic for the experience and confirmed that we could have been dropped off at Southwest. Most of all he apologized for Reggie's actions and stated he would speak with him. He even offered 500 points for the hassle. While I wasn't expecting anything but it was a nice gesture and I was very satisfied with him taking the time to speak with me but above all of that I was happy with his genuine/sincere apology. When I return to ATL, I will most definitely stay again.

    The WORST Hotel Experience

    rating17 Mar 2026

The WORST hotel we have stayed at. We paid for a room and checked in online during a storm that delayed over 12.000 flights. We took an uber to the hotel at 3:40 am and our FULLY paid room was given away. We paid for a room we were not able to use. The lobby was full of families that were treated the same way. We were told to call Hilton and take it up with them. Awful service. The manager is rude, very unprofessional and had very poor communication and costumer service skills.

An Awesome Experience, But Needs Improvements

    rating10 Mar 2026

I was skeptical at first of staying at a Spark By Hilton property. However, my skepticism changed after I arrived at the hotel.First of all, I'd like to give a shout-out to the very kind staff, including but not limited to Benny. When I was looking at the reviews for this hotel, I saw other positive reviews regarding Benny.I'd also like to recognize other staff members, but I don't remember their names from the top of my head, especially the night staff who helped me with getting late night coffee from the 24 hour coffee service and other items. My room was clean and comfortable. While I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, some things need improvement. For example, the elevator has some buttons that aren't brailled. The doors of the elevators need some help as well. The fitness center also needs improvement, including the treadmill that didn't work. All and all, this is a good hotel! I'll add it to my list of places that I'll be staying at when I'm back in Atlanta.
