We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the comfortable rooms to the outstanding service. Don’t take a laptop, but feel free to talk on speaker

I went was at the bar at around 7pm, discussing a presentation on my laptop. I was told that there was a ‘no laptop policy’ after 7. Ok. Weird and rude, given that the laptop was silent, but fine, I turned it off. Then, for the next 3 hours, multiple people at the bar were making video calls on speaker phone, without any intervention from management. A Proper London Hotel

The hotel itself is located in a great part of London, walking distance to Buckingham, Green park, the tube and Piccadilly. Nice doormen greet you ate the front, check in was easy enough and the lobby was spotless. The rooms are nice, remember this is a London hotel so sometimes the walk from the elevator to your room can get your steps in. The rooms are nice, up to date and the staff keeps them clean. Other than the rooms the fitness center was the best I have experienced in a London hotel, lots of equipment, well laid out and enough space that you are not crowded. We’ve stayed in more expensive hotels but keep coming back to this one.
