  Amazing hotel and staff!

  The hotel was absolutely wonderful, very clean very nice, great vibe! The restaurant was good, and the staff was absolutely incredible! I had a lot of requests above and beyond what would normally be provided at a hotel and they were so accommodating, friendly, and kind about it! Particularly Sophie! Overall great experience!

  I just wanted to say a massive thank you to ALL the staff at the Hoxton. Unfortunately, I have a lung disease which necessitates oxygen 24/7. All the staff could not have done more to help me and my family with the logistics of moving oxygen cylinders around the hotel. Whenever I asked for help, they all went out of their way to help me making my stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable. I cannot recommend The Hoxton, Holborn more strongly. Shame it only goes to 5 stars, I would have given easily 10 stars. Enjoy your stay at the Hoxton, I'm sure you will.

  As a first-time visitor to London traveling solo from the United States, I could not have chosen a better place to stay than The Hoxton, Holborn.My original plan was simple: see the sights, experience London's incredible theatre scene, and explore the city. What I didn't expect was that the hotel itself would become one of the highlights of my trip.From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, engaging, and genuinely invested in helping me make the most of my time in London. Rather than offering generic recommendations, they took the time to learn about my interests and suggested experiences that aligned with what I was looking for culturally. Their recommendations transformed my itinerary and helped me experience a side of London I might have otherwise missed.One of my favorite experiences was seeing *The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind*, which was conveniently within walking distance of the hotel. The location made it easy to enjoy London's theatre district, markets, restaurants, and many of the city's iconic attractions without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.What stood out most, however, was the atmosphere. As a solo traveler, there is a fine balance between feeling independent and feeling isolated. The Hoxton managed that balance perfectly. I never felt watched or intruded upon, yet I never felt alone. As a Black American male traveling solo, that sense of comfort and belonging meant more than I can adequately express.The staff consistently asked about my experiences around the city with genuine curiosity and warmth. Their hospitality felt authentic rather than scripted. In fact, during a phone call home with friends, I accidentally referred to the hotel as "home"—and that probably says everything.The environment throughout the hotel was equally impressive. There was always a vibrant energy in the lobby and common spaces, with people creating, working, connecting, and sharing ideas. It felt less like a hotel and more like a community.The Hoxton, Holborn provided far more than a place to sleep. It helped create one of the most memorable travel experiences I've had. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, culturally rich, and perfectly located home base in London.

  I love staying at the Hoxton it’s always such a vibe and the people working are so lovely and kind. Tomi, Samuel, Nienke and Dasha all were so nice and welcoming - I always look forward to going back!
