  Damp bedding

  We paid extra for check in on arrival, to be given a disability room. Apparently the only one available in the whole hotel, surely these should set aside for the people that they are designed for ?Then on the evening we got our 2nd room for our son and yet again firstly they offered a disability room even though we are ALL able bodied.In the first room it got worse the tv or WiFi didn't work and the bedding was damp!!!By which time we were so tired we slept on the towels provided to ease the discomfort.

  Great service, hotel when we needed it most

  We had a family emergency on vacation, flights had to be rescheduled and though the hotel was “full” according to website AND corporate call center, they found us two double rooms for the extra nights. Ate dinner most nights and James was our server, what a great guy, her took our minds off our predicament and even some good belly laughs. Ask him to do a magic trick for you!

  Premier Inns are my go-to hotels in the UK. They are clean, efficient, and a good value in many locations. Great for a one night layover at airports or a convenient place in town.

  As always, a great and convenient stop when travelling through Heathrow Terminal 5. The hotel is only a short 5–10 minute bus ride from T5, making it ideal for overnight stays before a flight.The staff were welcoming on arrival, especially as we were travelling with a young family, and were quick to help with our luggage. We didn’t use the restaurant on this visit, but we’ve stayed here several times before and have always had a positive experience dining there.In fact, we’re already looking to book two more stays in the near future, which says a lot about how much we enjoy staying here.A special mention for the air conditioning, which was excellent during the recent hot weather. After several stays at other Premier Inns where the air conditioning left us wondering if it was working properly, it was refreshing to have a room that stayed cool and comfortable throughout our stay.

  Convenient clean and comfortable for a stopover if travelling to or from Heathrow. Bus stops outside the hotel. Food onside excellent. Staff very helpful
