  Some parking on site. Friendly welcoming staff. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet inspite of our runway view!Only thing to be mindful of is tgat terminal 4 station closes at midnight so be careful if stayng for a concert in london centre.

  A much needed refuge in a heat wave

  I booked a room at this hotel during the end of June heatwave because a) I was going slightly stir crazy cooped up in a hot flat and b) it has air conditioning.Apart from a passage from Terminal 4 that was hot enough to be the descent into hell itself it was everything I wanted (and even the descent into hell was posted with encouraging messages from the hotel to keep going). Calm, spacious, friendly helpful staff, a cool room and an unbroken night's sleep. When it came to eating there's a pleasant restaurant with well set apart tables, decent food and smiling friendly waiting staff. On the morning I was due to leave I had to wrestle with myself not to book another night.Thank you, Premier Inn Terminal 4. You were there when I needed you and I'll never forget you (and if I need you again for any reason I'll be back). And all the people I've told about this booking think it was a very smart move.

  “Premier inn” …..it certainly isn’t

  Premier hotel is misleading, there is nothing premium here ! Dirty rooms, lacking furniture to sit on , to place cases on . Our room on arrival. smelt of Feet ! the staff were belligerent, when asking for a replacement new room , with 2 chairs to sit on ,saying a 2 person booking gets 1 chair? ? No suitcase support at 72 yrs old, you need to work off the floor, or place them on clean white Bedlinen . The new room we were eventually assigned smelt clean , but the one chair was covered in fresh confectionary stains. “ Budget unclean 2 star” is a better, and more accurate name ! Not Happy !
