  Great location for my reason of being in london...Hotel itself was good clean tidy suffient rooms food was of good quality and drinks range pretty good ..but staff were the exceptional particularly Victoria who worked in the bar restaurant ...she could teach quite a few people some things when it come to how to deliver great customer service. Well done Victoria!

  Stayed for one night for a hospital visit. Very good location with St Paul’s, shopping centre and the Tate modern within a short walk. Hotel was clean and very comfortable, very quiet at night and I had the best sleep! Restaurant was welcoming, dinner was ok, nothing to rave about. Breakfast however was great with plenty of options. Staff all very welcoming and friendly.

  Our second stay at this hotel, after a great first stay, last year. Perfectly located for The Barbican and lots of lovely restaurants. Near St Paul's too, so a good central location. The staff are all very welcoming. Checked in early (a small fee to pay for this). It's clean, the rooms are pretty spacious (for a London hotel), and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast has a good choice of hot and cold, but tables could be cleared a little quicker (two servers didn't seem enough to keep up with this on a Sunday morning). All in all, we would certainly recommend this hotel. There is good disabled parking outside, as well as buses.

  Good location. Rooms ok.Breakfast with no ham and cheese.God staff specially Member Riza and good support. Buses train station and metro at nearby.
