Amazing hotel, my daughter booked it as I wanted to spend a big birthday in London. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was clean and comfortable. There was air-conditioning in the room. Breakfast was amazing it is continental, which is my preference, the selection was so good. We arrived early in the morning so my preferred room was not ready. Instead we were offered another room but charged $27 (£) for early arrival. Overall the room was small but adequate and clean. We did hear rumbling noises due to the underground trains running nearby but it was an issue. The breakfasts provided were really good. Location - It's a short walk to Paddington Station.My one complaint is the fact that this hotel charges for storing luggage which I find is nothing more than a money grab. If someone has already paid for the room surely the hotel can store luggage as a courtesy. Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff - fantastic location. Short walk from Paddington underground.Rooms were bright & cheerful and surprisingly enough, ours was street facing and it was much quieter than I expected.For breakfast, there was plenty of choice, only problem was seating.Fab choice for our trip. Basic but fantastic. Very happy with our stay

Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. From the minute we walked through the door, all the staff were so welcoming, professional and helpful. They looked after our bags as we arrived before check-in time. Rooms were clean, spacious, had a helpful number of plugs. Breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect. One downside is that noise is carried from areas in the hotel and outside, second is that there's no kettle in the room but would still definitely stay there again. Thank you for super stay.
