    We recently stayed at Pan Pacific London and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed and offered tea along with some delicious homemade jelly sweets. When we declined the tea, the receptionist thoughtfully brought us each a bottle of water instead, which was a lovely touch after our journey.We arrived early to drop our bags off, and by the time we returned later that day, everything had already been taken up to our room. We had also requested a high-floor room when booking, and the hotel happily accommodated this without any issue.The room itself was superb. It was immaculate, beautifully presented and incredibly well equipped. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, with perfectly pressed bedding. Little touches such as the Dyson hairdryer, electric curtains, unlimited complimentary Love Hearts, and the excellent turndown service really elevated the experience.We also ordered room service breakfast, which was excellent. It arrived hot, was easy to order, and every request we made was accommodated without hesitation.The only small hiccup during our stay was that housekeeping accidentally removed some of our own coat hangers while servicing the room. They belonged to a hired suit, so we did need them back. Although they couldn’t locate the originals, the team apologised and immediately offered replacement hangers for us to return with the suit. It was a minor inconvenience, but the way it was handled reflected the hotel’s excellent customer service.Overall, Pan Pacific London is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The attention to detail, luxurious rooms and genuinely warm, attentive service made for a wonderful stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury hotel in London.

    We recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific London and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish.The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms that are spacious, immaculate, and exceptionally comfortable. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely focused on providing outstanding service.One of the highlights of our stay was the wellness facilities. The infinity pool is absolutely superb – peaceful, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. The spa and relaxation areas provided the perfect escape from the busy city, making our stay feel truly special.We also spent time in the hotel bar, which had a wonderful atmosphere. The cocktails were excellent, the service was attentive, and it was a great place to relax in the evening after exploring London.The location is ideal, with easy access to Liverpool Street Station and many of London’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.Pan Pacific London combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in a way that few hotels manage to achieve. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star London experience.Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
