Worst hotel ever

The worst experience we have ever had. There was no air conditioning in the room, and we were not informed about this before our stay. The room was unbearably hot, like a sauna, and the two fans we were provided with made absolutely no difference. The heat became too much for us to tolerate, and we were forced to leave in the middle of the night. A very disappointing experience.

Nightmares at the aerodrome

Absolutely awful. The hotel has new management. We had a single room with a double bed. A shower that only pumped out scalding hot chemical smelling water. With a weird system for cold water. A towel rail radiator that was on constantly although it was 30deg . A television that had no multichannel and radio access. Only channel 4. When we asked for a room change the answer was an oleagenous "sorry all the rooms are full, no other rooms available" and we had to pay for breakfast. AVOID.

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now and there has been some really positive things about it Good service Nice roomNice staff However things wasn’t ok when it was my birthday Room wasn’t clean not a good reception experience Service wasn’t as good Food was poor Also since hotel got changed over they havnt been the same I was told if i wanted to attend I would need to bring toilet rolls as I got a health condition also a mobility condition this hotel should look after their loyal customers

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in a suite I can only say it was very dusty and dirty (someone had written CLEAN ME on the wall) the safe was smashed so we couldn’t use it also our room wasn’t cleaned and the beds were not made on the morning of the 2nd day, rubbish bins not emptied, tea & coffee not replaced very disappointing, we had people playing around and shouting in the passage the first night there was rubbish left outside our room in a big clear rubbish bag all day we had to move just to get in our door, we thought that was it but it happened again the 2nd night, so all in all a very disappointing stay!

Very Good Experience at an excellent price

We only had a one night stay as we were visiting relatives.Our room was on the 6th floor and was very good and had everything you could need (including a shower mat). Shower room was also spotless. Great views over London from the upper level.Had a meal in the Restaurant which both of us enjoyed and the price was excellent having taken advantage of the Special Offer of two courses plus a drink for £27.95.Service was very good and the staff polite and friendly.Parking was very easy and you can pay at a machine in the car park before entering the Hotel.
