  Comfortable, clean and a friendly welcome

  Excellent location in the centre of Sutton. This was our second stay and, once again, we found the reception staff to be very welcoming and attentive.The room was a little smaller than at some ‘similar’ hotels but was spotless and comfortable.The rooms seem to be well-insulated and hence quiet.Great value for money and now our go-to hotel in Sutton.   Room 501, Amazing

  I was greeted with the correct pronouns by Jasmine on reception as a non binary intersex person and given room 501 on a lovely high floor where I could sleep soundly after crossing London from Stanstead airport after a long flight from Tangier, Morocco. Room 501 was massive and I could use an app to order a discounted breakfast to enjoy my breakfast in the room the next morning. Nearby was a fish and chip shop by the hotel and places to eat cheaply to enjoy supper . Nice room, big bed and next to Sutton railway station for great transport links .   Great location and staff.

  Is ideally situated close to the railway station. The staff are very friendly, polite and welcoming. The receptionist Izzy was a credit to the hotel. She made our registration very quick and easy. She also allow us early access to our room. In the evening Asif was also a credit to be organisation. He served us in the bar area and nothing was too much trouble. He even put the temperature up for us.   Park here at your peril

  This hotel is beyond belief. We stayed here a few weeks ago , displayed a blue badge in a disabled bay and got a parking ticket from a cowboy company called Civil Enforcement! This time I asked the receptionist where to park she said any bay between 12 &27. We parked in 20 and got another ticket from the same cowboy company. Never again will we stay here!! Incidentally this time the chef, bar tender and waiter ( all the same bloke), was white as a sheet, coughing everywhere and said he felt ill. We didn’t eat or drink there!!!!
