A very pleasant surprise

In all honesty I didn’t know what to expect from the chain as I had never stayed in an I is hotel before, however my friend and I were surprised and impressed. As a mid priced hotel our expectations were not high, but the stay was great from start to finish. Friendly reception with a modern open seating area was a good first impression. Check-in was easy and our twin room was fine. Not huge, but clean and everything was available including extra pillows and an iron and board. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, although it would be nice to have a choice of eggs (only scrambled egg was available and very dry). The chef’s offer on the set evening meal was amazing value. 2 courses for £19 or 3 for £24 was fab and great sized portions. All the staff were friendly and professional and I will certainly be back! Good stay

Had a double room here for three nights and can't complain. The hotel and room were clean and calm, there is a big restaurant and bar next to the lobby and the staff was friendly.The location is great, you can reach several major sights by foot and have an underground station very nearby. There's also a good number of restaurants and pubs in the surrounding. Minus point is only, that it's quickly becoming very warm in the room and the bathroom is kind of cramped. Honestly a decent hotel.... all you need, friendly staff. Breakfast was OK but as usual with any chain hotel, its wasn't spectacular.I would stay again if I have the misfortune of working there again.... all in all it was absolutely fine. Does the job but a bit weird

Accor hotels you have an expectation of good . This was good but also weird. Kind of an old building possibly repurposed . Quite dark in the restaurant, rooms are small , and a strange step in style pod bathroom that just feels weird . Very close to two tube train stations and getting to and from Heathrow is simple and close to 60 mins on the tube . Staff very nice and attentive .
