  Fab location right next to Aldgate East underground and very close to Brick Lane and Spittlefields for food and shopping. Our room was great (519) and very clean. We used the rooftop bar and found the staff very friendly and apologetic when we were too late for food and my drink took a while to arrive.

  It is indeed good experience to stay in Hyatt. When you call them they attends you with all passion. Appreciate the chief who was kind to give take away for breakfast which helped me everyday. Special appreciation to Nishant, he attended all my request in a timely manner. I also saw him treating every guests in the same manner which is good. Let's see i shall comeback again, and hope to good experience as same as this time. Stayed in 631, room was bit small but was good for a single person.   We are World of Hyatt members and were very pleased to see that this UK Hyatt Place has the same high standards and quality that we have come to expect from Hyatt properties. The hotel is clean, the rooms larger than the European hotel rooms experienced in the distant past. Modern, clean. All the hotel staff were courteous and helpful during our stay. Adriana, who serviced our room, did an excellent job! Great menu options in the Sotto Restaurant, very pretty rooftop patio for drinks & snacks. We would l definitely recommend!   Great stay at the Hyatt Place !

  Enjoyed our recent stay. The rooms are on the smaller side but very clean and tastefully decorated. The Aldgate east station and Whitechapel station are both super close, with all the tourist attractions only a short tube ride away. I am not a city girl, and at first I second guessed my decision to stay here as it is not right in the tourist area of London, but I found the tube very easy to navigate using Google Maps. In hindsight, I’m glad I decided to stay in this area. It’s a vibrant neighborhood with Brick Lane a short walk away. Many awesome cafes and Restaurants within walking distance from hotel. Some of the best food I had was actually in the Italian restaurant right in the hotel. Great Italian food, and surprisingly the fish and chips were some of the best I had in London!
