  Excellent location- everything within walking distance. Great friendly atmosphere from staff, rooms were compact but had everything you could need for a short stay . Unbelievable value for money. Cleanliness was great and no no noise considering your in the middle of a busy city. Service was amazing and great amenities

  Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Amazing location very close to Westminster Abbey which we loved as we were visiting there. Very comfy bed, breakfast needs improving and check in staff need to disclose more information. But I will definitely stay here again

  What a bad hotel to use for accommodation. It is the biggest ripoff I have evervseen

  This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in for tens of years. I paid over $1500 for 5 nights in a room that is hard to walk in and a bathroom that is so small. The bed is so small that was difficult to accommodate two people. The space was so tiny that you cannot put your luggage anywhere in the room. There was no closet , only a sliver of space that can only hold a t shirt with no space for any other piece of cloth. House keeping was on demand and if you forget to tell them that you need changing towels or sheets you are out of luck. You will not any more towels or sheets. The manager and the staff are rude and unfriendly and do not care about the customer or are willing to help you with your problems regarding the room. I feel that I was ripped off with this hotel. I wish they show honest description of their rooms and amenities. I could not find the garbage can, it is hidden . They claim that they change your sheets and we found out that no change took place and the sink looks dirty with tooth paste indicating no cleanup took place. The only positive thing about the hotel is its location. That is it.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and fir sure I will never make reservation at this hotel again. It is worth $50 anight. No more. It is the most terrible room accommodation I have had during my adult life.

  Dirty, Unprepared Room -> Completely Unacceptable

  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.When I arrived late in the evening, I was assigned a room located below ground level with no windows, which was already quite uncomfortable. The condition of the room was unacceptable — the carpet was very dirty and the air felt heavy and damp, as if it had not been properly ventilated.The bathroom was even worse. When I lifted the toilet lid, it was clearly not cleaned, with visible stains and droplets as if it had just been used by a previous guest. This is basic hygiene and should never happen in any hotel.Additionally, the bed had not been properly made, which added to the general feeling that the room had not been prepared at all.I did not raise the issue at the time as it was already very late and there was another guest complaining at reception, and I did not want to wait. However, the overall experience was extremely poor and far below any acceptable standard.I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

  We really loved our stay here. The location is absolutely perfect and made exploring London so easy. The rooms are compact, but everything is so thoughtfully designed that we never felt short of space, even with our luggage. Everything was clean, comfortable and worked exactly as it should. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, and the breakfasts and drinks were a lovely start to each day. We left with only positive impressions and would happily stay here again.
