Stayed as a family of four at Holmes for a week. Location was excellent for sight seeing with easy access to bus and tube. Service was top notch, everyone we interacted with was great. Breakfast was outstanding, special shout out to Shrada - she was very kind and great with our kids. Room was clean and despite being along Baker Street we had no issues with noise. Great hotel!

We had a lovely stay at the Holmes Hotel! On our first night, the AC wasn't working, which was tough during a London heatwave. The first room also felt a bit outdated, so we were initially a little disappointed. However, when we mentioned the AC to reception the next morning, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They quickly upgraded us to a nicer, more modern room with perfectly working AC! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff throughout the property are wonderful. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, where the service was equally lovely and attentive. We would definitely recommend this hotel! Lovely hotel, very clean and stylish. Comfy bed & lovely bathroom. Perfect location just off Baker Street. Very easy to get to Wembley stadium from here. Staff very helpful.
