    Bad location, bad staff, and they rip you off. Website says parking is £18 per day but then issued me a parking ticket two months later for £60 and refused to get it canceled. What a scam. Avoid this property.

    First and foremost, the online name of this hotel is, at best, unclear. The bottom line is that you are booking an off-site hotel. In my case, I saw the name "Hilton Terminal 5" and reasonably assumed the property was connected to or located at Heathrow Terminal 5, only to discover after arrival that it is not.If you arrive at Terminal 5 or need transportation to the airport in the morning, your options are limited. You can take the Hotel Hoppa bus at approximately £7 per passenger each way, or use a taxi/Uber, which typically costs between £30 and £45. The hotel also partners with an executive car service and can arrange transportation to the airport for roughly £27 to £35, depending on the terminal.As for the hotel itself, it is relatively new, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and provided solid service throughout my stay.My recommendation is that Hilton step in and rename this property to better reflect its actual location. The current name creates an expectation that the hotel is located at or directly adjacent to Terminal 5, which is simply not the case. Greater clarity in the branding would help travelers make more informed booking decisions and avoid unnecessary transportation costs and inconvenience.

    The Hilton T5 was very clean and extremely comfortable. Great beds and pillows. Best of all was the welcome and efficiency of Harpreet Singh at the Reception desk. He couldn't have been more helpful. Such a contrast yo our previous experience of an airport hotel. Thank you Harpreet!
