A true 5* hotel situated in a prime location!

    rating22 May 2026

This was my first visit to London for a while and we decided to say at the Four Seasons due to being satisfied on previous visit several years ago. The hotel has undergone significant refurbishment since my last visit and the resulting changes have changed the interior appearance significantly (for the better). Its position at the bottom of Park Lane is ideal, with many of the places that you’re probably going to visit all within walking distances. The service that we received from every department of the hotel was absolutely outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and every request was met with a smile.I’d say the hotel comfortably conforms to the description “luxury hotel” and if you’re looking for that kind of experience in London, then it’s going to come at a price and that price carries a premium. If you prefer no frills budget accommodation (as we sometimes do), then this hotel is probably not for you. However, if you occasionally like to enjoy a few small luxuries, then the Four Seasons Park Lane will not disappoint. We stayed four nights in a deluxe room (no.505), which was very nicely furnished, very comfortable and contained simplified technology. When we unpacked we requested extra hangars, which were delivered to our room within about three minutes, as was a two pin adapter plug for my wife’s hair equipment (!). On arrival the team at the front door took care of our luggage and parked the car and Lana on the front desk gave us a warm welcome and checked us in with the minimum of fuss. Each morning the breakfast team took care of us and in the evenings the staff in both the restaurant and the bar (where food can also be ordered) were extremely helpful and friendly, especially a young lady of French Caribbean origin, whose name I didn’t get. She was particularly helpful and took excellent care of us. She enjoyed chatting in her native language to my wife, who is also French. We have no hesitation in recommending The Four Seasons at Park Lane to anyone visiting London.

    Repeat visit!

    rating17 May 2026

This was my second visit! Everything comes together to provide the guest with a stress free experience. From the driver of the courtesy car, the door men, housekeeping, Pavyllon restaurant and staff , front desk and the top tier concierge team- I was well looked after. I especially appreciated the turn down service, such kind staff are found here. Everyone was helpful . I enjoy the peaceful and spotless environment , the graceful flowers too! I’m looking forward to returning next year! Thank you for everything!

    The ultimate indulgence!

    rating10 Apr 2026

Impeccable spa 👌 ✨️ worthy of Royalty. The amenities combined with the steam, sauna, whirlpool, wave and jets ecosystem and pool elevated the standard to a whole new level of indulgence combined with therapeutic soul. Outstanding wellness team and the message artist truly delivered an experience that was closest to the sky in the top floor elevation with views for miles and miles....reminiscent of The Who level enchantment of tunes echoing in your head as you glide out of the Four Seasons. Just marvelous! Four Seasons Hampshire , Marketing at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, responded to this review Dear Less,Thank you for your wonderful feedback. Exceptional in every way.

    rating01 Apr 2026

This was our first stay at a Four Seasons property, and it was absolutely exceptional. The location, obviously, is unparalleled for the important sights of London, as well as tube access and just strolling around the three main parks- all of which are at your door. The property is stunning, elegant, and so comfortable. The food was so spectacular that I would spend a good part of each afternoon dreaming (and strategizing) about the next morning's breakfast. We were upgraded to the Westminster Suite, which had a stunning view of the Abbey and Big Ben, as well as a small balcony, two marble bathrooms, a luxe sitting room with a stocked minibar and a gorgeous bone china tea and coffee set. Everything we touched was seamlessly, instantly restocked. It felt like every time we left the room, someone slipped in and improved it. The soaking tub came with a bag of beautiful bath salts that most hotels might give you once, the Four Seasons replaced them every afternoon. This generosity extends to everything - an endless supply of restocked glass water bottles, soaps, towels, snacks, more than you could ever need. The total absence of corporate stinginess was almost startling in 2026. There is a full turndown service, which also feels vanishingly rare these days. The bed is a cloud, I have never slept better. While all of these qualities could be found at other luxury properties around the world, it was the people on staff who made it an unforgettable stay. Hotels of this caliber, especially in London, are typically run with a chilly, placeless formality. The Four Seasons, however, is staffed entirely by cheerful young English people who ask sincerely about your day, your plans, your family, and remember everything you tell them. We were there for nearly a week, and a highlight of every day was chatting with the lovely desk guys, the breakfast hostesses, the cheery housekeepers. Everyone rushes to help you, to detect an unasked question, to anticipate a need. They all remembered us and greeted us as friends. Mr. Cechak from sales took time out of his day to give us lots of advice about London and the Four Seasons generally; he made lifelong guests out of us. On our last day I needed to mail a thank-you note to my parents for watching our kids, and asked the gentleman at the front desk where I should buy a stamp. He simply took the letter and so graciously said, "Leave it with me." That's the ethos of this hotel.
