    Lovely hotel in great city location, rooms have ample space, staff at reception and in the bar are really help full and friendly. Was also very fortunate to be there guest of the day and subsequently received a few free gifts :-)

    I booked this hotel through the ABBA voyage website as part of a ticket and hotel package for a suprise for my mother’s 70th birthday. It was such a great deal and worth the value. Out of the 4 hotels available, this 1 was the furthest away, but it only took between 25-30 minutes on the tube and Docklands Light Railway (DLR). The staff were very accommodating and we were given complimentary drink vouchers. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. The room was outstanding, very spacious with great amenities.
