A faultless venue for our two-day executive away day. Everything we needed was on site — private meeting space, a great café, comfortable rooms, a pool and gym, and excellent co-working areas. The central location made it easy for the team to travel in from all directions, with great evening dining options nearby. Most impressive was how well organised it all was: the quoting, confirmation and follow-up process was clear and professional from start to finish. And the team over the two days were wonderful — attentive, friendly and always happy to help. Highly recommended, and we'll be back.

This hotel has an anti disability policy, actively prosecuting taxis dropping off disabled passengers and issuing fixed penalties to drivers assisting disabled passengers. A sign instructs drivers to park in a parking bay to drop off, they were all fullso this was impossible. The lack of a doorman to assist guests underlines this hotel's uncaring attitude. It should also be noted that the hotel isn't on Canary wharf despite using Canary wharf in it's name, which at best is misleading, especially for mobility challenged guest's.

Small but clean and comfortable room. The bed was cozy, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back.

Terrible experience. I went there first day for a long term contract and asked them in lobby, " I want somewhere which I can move out with one or 2 months' notice" the lady said sure, our contract is based on 2 months notice plus because of new UK rent law, you can leave anyway with 2 months notice. When I gave them 2 months' notice, they wrote back" you have to pay for 2 months notice plus 2 months extra as penalty". the way they wrote in contract was also trying to be smart putting both lines but still not clear if these are same thing or not. also when I refer to UK law, they came back saying because they are under license agreement, it is different than lease agreement and not falling into UK law but that is also cheating and judge knows they are trying to cheat the UK law system. Just be careful with them. Not honest at all
