The hotel is close to Tower Hill station and in a quiet street.Nicely set out hotel room with all the features you'd expect. Pleasant and friendly staff. We did have one problem, with a toilet that didn't flush. We discovered it after midnight folowing our return from a show so it couldn't be fixed until the next day and there were no other twin share rooms available for us to move to. However, they gave us complementary breakfast for the inconvenience (and there was a toilet on the lower ground floor we could use).The breakfast buffet options are fairly.limited, but you do get to choose an item from the a la carte menu (such as omelettes). Nice, clean Apex hotel near London City area located on quiet peacuful side street. Location near Tower Hill tube (300m) and bus 15 line stops (200m). Plenty local pubs and other nice restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast highly recommendable to include with the room. There is a selection of high quality ala carte breakfast dishes to choose from, accompanied with a standard buffet breakfast. Staff friendly and always available to help you. Stayed for five nights.
