Great Views and Food, But Falls Short of the Luxury Standard

The location of Innside Meliá Liverpool is excellent, and Room 1515 had a beautiful view overlooking the water and cruise ships, which was definitely a highlight of the stay.The restaurant was incredible and easily one of the best parts of the experience.That said, there were several disappointments. The bathroom was very small and unusually open to the room, which may not suit everyone. The water pressure was weak, and the shower never got properly hot.Service was inconsistent. Some staff seemed quite inexperienced, while others appeared distracted and not very attentive.The biggest frustration was that I accidentally left behind my Tempur-Pedic pillow, which is not small and something I travel with often. When I called the same day, it felt like there was little urgency to check with housekeeping, and somehow it has now “gone missing.” For a hotel of this caliber, that was disappointing and concerning, especially given the value of the item.There’s some charm to the property, but small details, like the tiny lift to reception where you have to hold the button the entire time, and the overall service gaps, made it feel below the rating and class it presents itself as.

Stayed here two weekends ago and can’t praise this hotel highly enough. Excellent price, extremely clean and very quiet. We opted for a river view room and this was well worth the extra money. We also went for dinner and breakfast too. Again unbelievable value and quality. Massive meal portions were an added bonus. On site facilities are excellent and would highly recommend to anyone needing a hotel in this area. Not far from the city centre, close to Great bars

Great place to stay, close to lots of bars. Spotlessly clean rooms, great breakfast served in your room for £5 extra, got a free upgrade so it was a bonus, free espresso pods in your room, also complementary beer and soft drinks, and Water. Great views of the City from the 16th floor. Had a drink in the Sky bar which was a bit plain but great views. Enjoyable weekend away

The rooms were clean and modern with nice views of the city. The location was excellent for us, close enough to walk to the bars and the football stadium. Very relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere around the hotel. The only piece of advice I would give would be is to take your own hairdryer. The one provided is on a short coil lead and the plug sockets are too far away from the mirror. Great value central immaculate

Perfect overnight , hotel immaculate and great service , room layout not for everyone but we loved it , fabulous bed and nice linen . Didn’t eat or drink and couldn’t access the roof bar as didn’t have the time ! Def be where we will stay again as frequent visitors to Liverpool .
