Top hotel with very good staff and good connections

The staff are excellent and very friendly. Not only do they take very good care of their guests, but also of the little kittens that have settled in the hotel garden. For this we give at least 5 out of 5 stars. Special thanks to Fatih Tuna and Kamil, as well as the gentleman from security who also spoke very good German. The hotel has a direct connection to the Marmaray (Kazlicesme) and you can be in Sirkeci and Eminönü within 10 minutes. Facilities and breakfast are top.

Quick stay during stopover. Nice hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for about 12 hours due to an Istanbul layover. The room ws organized by Turkish Aurlines. Its a good hotel, modern and compact rooms which were very clean and comfortable to have a short nap and shower before our next flight. The location is very far from tourist areas so we had to take a taxi to Sultanahmet. We missed breakfast but were offered lunch which was very basic but ok.

Our receptionist Rasul provided exceptional service and was extremely helpful. He impressed us as being a candidate for much bigger things at Hilton. Cudos to Hilton for hiring such a personable multi lingual and helpful staff. Also hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy. Highly recommend this hotel.

The worst hotel in my life The room smelled very bad, as if someone had urinated in it. All our things smelled. I washed my luggage and the smell didn't go away. Finally, I threw it in the trash. The breakfast was of poor quality. The place is far from everywhere.

Fantastic hotel! I travelled with my family for a short holiday. First time in Istanbul.The hotel is about 40 minutes from the airport.Clean and spacious rooms. The reception staff wonderful. Especially Omer and this other young man . I can’t remember his name but it started with E.. very helpful. You can ask them anything and they would find a way to help you.Rooms were cleaned daily and topped up with fresh towels.Breakfast was okay in my opinion. Could do with other food varieties. They had a large cold spread which didn’t really appeal to me.Rest was good for a solid start .Very close to a shopping outlet which is a 10 minute walk and behind the hotel is a train (tram) station.Also the staff helped to arrange a taxi for our return to the airport which roughly cost £45 . If I ever do go back will stay here with confidence.
