    Ghost hotel with no response

    I still haven't received the settled bill for this stay although repeatedly asked for it. It's like a ghost hotel whose reception is not responsive. I've been repeatedly trying to reach them at no avail. My travel agency also for a stay of a few hours overnight with them.
