    Very Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and the shower room was very clean and plenty of hot water! The Arena is more of a True Turkish experience and fairly reasonable pricing. They recommended a great one day sightseeing tour of the city and scheduled an affordable ride to the airport.

    Stayed for 3 nights May 2025. The staff were friendly and polite. The location couldn’t be better, approx 3-5 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque. The breakfast selection was good. The room was clean and comfortable. I thought charging 1 euro for water in the room was a bit cheeky, but there is a little supermarket just up the road with all items priced. The tram system was handy for us getting back at night from the other side of the river in the evenings, as that’s where the bars are. If you’re visiting for the key tourist attractions, then you can’t really find a better spot I don’t think. 12 midday checkout was handy too plus there is a 24 hour reception.

    Excellent location in the older area of the city within walking distance of the major attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Cistern, Topkapi Palace, etc). Staff are excellent across the board. Happy to chat and offer advice or arrange bookings. Very welcoming and rooms we had (2 stays) were very comfortable. Great value for money and would recommend to anyone.

    Stayed for four nights in August 2024 as part of a trip around eastern Europe. Wonderful welcome received from the hotel manager who offered tea and coffee upon arrival and showed us to our room at 10.00am after a long overnight train journey. A small touch that was very welcome. All staff who remained friendly and informative throughout our stay and would politely field any questions asked. Our room, on the first floor, was a good size with excellent storage, a large bathroom, a fridge, nice balcony and excellent air conditioning. A kettle and complimentary water, tea and coffee were also included as was free Wi-Fi. The location is excellent, situated on a cobbled side street just 10 minutes’ walk from Sultanhamet/Blue Mosque in one direction and Cemberlitas/the Grand Bazaar (via quite a steep hill) in the other. The surrounding neighbourhood is filled with varied restaurants, bars and shops. The breakfast buffet was superb – varied, including Turkish specialties, hot buffet, breads, fruits and cold meats - and substantial, and enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending. A great value hotel in a wonderful location.     Very pleasant hotel with good breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Elevator is great for older people and luggage :)Located short walk from Hippodrome can't be beat. Reasonable price.Staff was very helpful with everything traveler may need or looking for.I would stay there again!
