  My recent stay at SALA Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort was truly one of the most wonderful and memorable experiences I have ever had in Phuket. From the moment I arrived, everything was simply perfect.The beauty of the resort is absolutely breathtaking — peaceful tropical surroundings, elegant architecture, stunning private villas, beautiful pools, and the tranquil atmosphere of Mai Khao Beach created a truly magical escape. Every detail throughout the property reflects luxury, serenity, and exceptional taste.What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality and genuine care from every single member of the team. The warm welcome, attentive service, professionalism, and kindness made me feel truly special throughout my entire stay.I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Khun Sawitree, Reservations Manager, for the excellent assistance and wonderful coordination before and during my stay. Your professionalism and kindness made everything seamless and effortless.Special thanks also go to Khun Tiger, Food & Beverages Manager, and the entire Food & Beverage team for the exceptional dining experiences. Every meal, every drink, and every moment at the restaurants and bars was absolutely fantastic. The quality, presentation, atmosphere, and service were beyond expectations.The reception team, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, and all associates throughout the resort delivered service with genuine smiles and heartfelt hospitality. It is rare to experience such consistently outstanding service from every department.Please kindly extend my deepest appreciation and respect to the executive management team for creating such an extraordinary resort and for leading a team that clearly takes pride in delivering unforgettable guest experiences.Thank you once again for such a beautiful and perfect stay.   Trust your Phuket visit to Sala

  Very difficult to not sound clichéd when attempting to express how utterly heartbreaking it was to depart Sala.From the care, attention and professionalism on arrival to that perfect level of familiarity from the Sala service team, it feels like home with none of the stress.Our single pool villa was, in a word, immaculate. If it were not for the appeal of the exceptional bar, restaurant, beach and recreational activities, would have quite happily remained cocconed within.The restaurant food and service were truly world-class - every palate catered to divinely, and to have met Chef Tony, who seemed to know every guest, was a privilege. If it wasn't for such a comfortable bed, we would not have slept in anticipation for breakfast each morning... I have no issues in asserting it is the best breakfast I have experienced on my travels. Finally, we must mention the recreation team of Man and Guy (yep, I know), but our interaction with them for archery, yoga and boxing was the perfect offset to the several visits to the breakfast bar. Not only our enjoyment should be noted, but every youngster seemed to be on first-name terms with the team, while the squeals of delight and accomplishment were pure joy to witness. Thanks especially to Anthony and all his team for making such a brief stay a memory that will last forever!

  The best experience

  This was by far the best experience we have ever had at a hotel. The attention to detail was second to none. We came on our family moon after our wedding with our little boy. Upon arrival we were greeted with beautiful flower bracelets and were sat down and got to pick what pillow option each of us liked along with picking our own body lotion and soap scent for our villa. We had a lovely welcome drink and were shown to our pool villa, which was out of this world. The outside bathroom and toilet area is quirky but fun and something we have never seen before. The villa itself was very spacious and plenty of room. We were gifted a bottle of Prosecco and flowers for our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. The pool areas give the “wow” factor and the beach is quiet but extremely beautiful. We were made to feel comfortable every day for breakfast and also for our tea in the restaurant so much so that we didn’t leave to go elsewhere because the staff and food was out of this world. There was so much variety on the menu and there were plenty of options for the meals aswell which were served in a nice stacked set. Tony the executive chef made us feel at home each day making sure that we had everything we needed and to make general conversation especially with our son who looked forward to seeing him each day to talk about football. Bee and Tiger and the rest of the staff were so attentive and friendly, we really will return it was the best experience!   Great Sanctuary and private relaxing resort

  A truly wonderful sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment. If you’re looking for a peaceful, completely private escape, this is the perfect place.From the moment of arrival, we were welcomed with warm smiles—especially from Khun Preajeen (Sorry if I misspelled her name). The service continued to impress throughout our stay. The in-room dining gentleman who delivered the delicious birthday cake made the moment even more special.The room was cozy, elegant, and very comfortable love their outdoor shower.   A haven of relaxation and calm

  Our second visit to Sala Phuket and our third trip to Sala in general having visited Sala Chaweng last year. We once again stayed here for a week.I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel or the chain in general...they have completely captured the luxury, relaxation and customer service vibe that all 5* hotels should be striving for. We once again stayed in the Sala Pool Villa room which gives you such a haven of peaceful and private space. The rooms are large, well designed and perfect for relaxing in. The outdoor bathrooms add a lovely experience of being in the open air whilst showering, washing etc. The hotel itself is so peaceful, it never feels crowded and there is always plenty of space to relax by the main pools where you are brought endless iced water and complimentary smoothies which to keep you refreshed and cool.The staff here are simply amazing...they all seem to buy into the calm and peaceful vibe and they genuinely cannot do enough to help you when needed. The restaurant in the hotel is of unbelievable quality, the food at both breakfast and dinner is so impressive and well executed. Dinner is not cheap, but it shouldn't be...this is luxury dining and it's worth every penny. At breakfast I am not kidding when I say the maple mango pancakes alone are worth staying here for, they are divine. As a rule I never visit the same hotel one than once as I love to explore different places but as stated above this was our second time at Sala Phuket and I can guarantee we will be back again...its a little slice of heaven.
